I had wasted months, even years at local gyms trying to not just get back in shape but to do it by having fun- nope. I can honestly say that joining #PHCF was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Working out is an absolute blast and something that I actually look forward to. To be surrounded by great athletes that do not judge, but rather motivate is very rewarding. Even more rewarding to me though is being surrounded by beginners that refuse to give up in order to reach their goals! If you are a beginner, already in shape or in phenomenal shape I strongly suggest you contact Alfred, Phil, Val and the rest of the awesome coaching staff for a visit!
