Bad detail job. I dropped my car off on Wednesday morning at about 8:30 for an exterior detail job, I picked my car up at 6:00pm, about 10 hours. let me first say the staff was courteous and nice. When they brought my car out I instantly noticed the rims were still dirty, when I was doing a walk around I noticed that there was some dried wax caked around the stripe on the car, a little sloppy but not a deal breaker. So today i had a chance to really look over my car and I am really disappointed in the job they did. The dried wax was all over the stripe and almost every nook in my car, it just wasnt removed. I have to clean the rims. the front windshield still had bug guts on it. and under the spoiler on the back I have 2 small marks where the spoiler hangs over the rear of the car, it looks like someone pressed down really hard with the wheel and the two parts rubbed made marks, hard to explain. the car looked like it was done in a hurry but it was there for almost 10 hours. My definition of a detail is the car gets cleaned top to bottom and everything in between, rims included. I appreciate the way they brought the black paint back to life but that is the only good thing I can say about the job that was done. No I havent contacted the shop about this, I thought about it but they cant do anything to make up for this. I dont want them touching my car again anyway. Ive heard good things about this shop and maybe I got someone that wasnt having a good day but thats no excuse for a half assed job. 2 weeks later Im still trying to get all the dried wax off, its everywhere. Stellar service, remarkable quality, the only place for body work! Paul Marek is incredible and even has a remarkable staff. I only have great things to say. They go the extra mile to make you feel as if you were part of the family. This is my second car I have taken to this shop. First, a toyota, special edition, and the paint was identical to the OEM. Second, a lexus, same perfect OEM quality! There are two Jeffs Body Shops, but the quality of the craftsmanship is unbeatable, the timely fashion is quite notable, and the staff is great. Thanks Paul for such a wonderful pleasure because afterall, "we met by accident".
