Do not waste your time or money here. I got into a fender bender in May in my 2015 Nissan Versa SV (bumper was cracked and airbag light was turned on). I took it to Hall Body and Paint because I bought my car months earlier at the dealership right in the front of the Body shop. I was told that it would take a week to fix my car and it ended up taking almost a month. I was called twice to come pick up my car and when I arrived to get it both times, it was not ready. The first time, they apologized and told me that my car wasnt put back together yet. The second time (a week later) , the airbag light was still on and when I pointed it out, I was told that it was no big deal and that they could hook up a machine and turn the light off. When this failed I was told that they DIDNT HAVE THE EQUIPMENT TO WORK ON 2015 MODEL NISSANS. They took my car over to the Hall Nissan dealership to fix the problem and confirmed that the sensor was damaged. Not only was it damaged, but they had to replace the entire back seat due to damage. It had taken two weeks for them to only fix the bumper because they had obviously not taken care of the airbag light issue. IT TOOK THEM A WHOLE WEEK to replace the back seat of my car. (THATS A LITTLE OVER 3 WEEKS AT THIS POINT) When I finally got my car back and it was completely fixed, I asked the young man releasing my car back to me if I owed them anything. I explained to him that the insurance company had sent me a check (a little under 1300 dollars) to go towards the cost of the repairs (their initial estimate). He assured me that i didnt owe any money and that i was good to go. I said "Can you please double check for me because no offense but you were the same one that tried to give me my car back with the airbag light still on." He rudely said back, "Maam we dont release cars back to people unless they are completely paid for. Its policy." I asked if he could just double check. We went inside and he clicked around on the computer a little and said "No maam, you are good.". It is now almost October and I received a letter in the mail saying that i have to go to court because i owed them the 1300 dollars that the insurance company sent me, plus six percent for being late AND additional court and lawyer costs at around six hundred dollars. When I went into Hall Body and Paint shop to talk to someone about this, I was told that they had record of calling me ONCE IN JUNE and left a short message and that they had emailed me. I dont use my email in the summertime, because I only use it for school and no one called me. I got nothing in the mail and nothing on the phone. I was also told that once it went to the legal department, there was nothing that they could do. I was told to call the lawyer and speak to them to see if we could figure it out. I have called her every day, twice a day since. I have left a brief voicemail explaining who I am, why I called, and my phone number. She has never called me back. I went to the address listed on the letter and was told by the receptionist that she was only available by appointment and didnt come to that office unless there was an appointment. I explained my situation and asked if she could call her for me. She did and left her a voicemail for me with my name and phone number. SHE STILL HASNT CALLED ME BACK. My credit is now lowered, I have to go to court, and I could owe them almost $2,200 for their mistake. Morale of the story, do not go to Hall Body and Paint. They are very unprofessional.

The WORST body shop experience I have ever had!!!! Our 2017 Camaro SS was sent over to have the front bumper redone due to trash in the paint. There was a large spot and a bunch of small trash, plus a couple rock nicks. My wonderful service department at Hall Chevy told the body shop to completely redo the bumper and handle it with delicate hands. We dropped the car off to be delivered to the body shop on Jan 3rd, it was taken over on Jan 4th. We were told we should have it back no later than Saturday Jan 7th. On Jan 6th, our amazing service manager, Rudy, let us know that the body shop had a personnel issue and would not be able to get it back to us until Jan 10th. On Jan 10th, we were told the shop had a snow day on Jan 9th and it would be late Jan 11th or early Jan 12th we would be able to get it back. On Jan 11th, we noticed the car had moved from the lot into the body shop via the On Star App. Talking to our service manager again after noticing the move, he had found out from the shop that they heat went out and messed up the paint and they had to repaint the bumper. Jan 13th, we noticed the car had finally moved out of the shop and they were on the way to pick it up. Our service department washed it to get the road dirt and salt off just in case. We arrived and noticed our service manager was not in a good mood about the car, and it pull into the service lane right as we got there. The body shop did not follow directions and did not redo the bumper. There was even more trash on the bumper than before it went into the shop and the trash that was there was just painted over. The bumper looks darker than the car now because of the layers of paint on it. You can see the scratch marks in the paint from them rough sanding it. There is not a smooth seam between the bumper and the fender; you can see the bevel of paint on each side. There are gouge marks on the new grill we had installed on December 23rd, 2016, it looked like they took a flat head screw driver to pop the grill out. We are COMPLETELY dissatisfied with the job they claim they completed. Now we must wait two weeks before they can redo it again. Whoever oversees Quality Assurance in this body shop needs to be fired!

The shop is good but could be better. I had work done from an insurance claim and also out of pocket work. Got my car back after 3 days which was awesome and fast. Overall I was satisfied with the customer service and rental. Like I said, I got work done from an insurance claim. A car ran over a sheet metal in front of me on I-264 and had it flew up which damaged my bumper and trims around it. Hall P&B replaced everything. You sign a waiver for their work saying that they cant guarantee the repair is perfect which was fine. All repairs arent perfect and I get that. When I picked up my car, I saw that the bumper had some paint drips on a spot of my bumper from too much paint. It wouldnt have bothered me so much but it was in an area you can make out for sure. Some minor paint blemish are small bubbles on the corners of the bumper. Parts being replaced are sometimes aftermarket brands. The other thing I had done was a paintless dent removal (PDR) on the driver door where my neighbor had opened the door on. The PDR is a bit pricey. The size of the dent was a size of a dime and wasnt that deep. Some places charge on average of $100 and it cost me $155. Regardless, I paid for it since I did have a rental car for the time of the repair. To my surprise, they did do a good job with the PDR with no problems. Overall, 4/5 stars service was fast and good. The painting was the only thing I didnt like too much but its do able. At least Im not rolling around in a new 2016 Honda with the bumper cut up.
