The owner and manager, (Bill and Dennis) are very unprofessional. How a company treats their employees says a lot about the work they do and these two are not only rude to customers, but their staff as well. Dennis does not know how to talk to people and has no respect. When you need the owner, he is no where to be found, which may be a good thing since its my understanding he doesnt even have auto body experience. Beyond that, they are racist and sexist! I wish I had listened to my friend and other reviews but I was trying to save a dollar. I would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE, but especially women and minorities! You will be over charged, quality will be low, treated like you dont matter as a customer, and if something is wrong, (as it probably will be since they never seem to get it right the first time), good luck trying to get THEM to fix it without being charged. True Example: Dennis sold a car to an older lady and when she accidentally locked they keys in the car and walked over to the shop for help, he wouldnt even help her! Thats the standard level of service you receive at Azalea Auto Body.
