The single worst experience I have had at any establishment, ever. This includes establishments such as the dmv, restaurants, etc. It took over three weeks to fix my car. The owner is a former airline pilot who knows nothing about cars, let alone owning a business. They demanded that I pay for the work on the car before it was finished. I stupidly did, and they had zero motivation to fix it afterwards. They refused to get the clear coat off of my windows, windshield, and side mirrors. The corner panel was tach welded together. The woman working there was telling me about all of her family issues, and would talk smack about how crappy the owner was. I dont know which of the two was more worthy of an unemployment check. The door panel did not fit together after they were done. My speaker was disconnected (surprisingly, they didnt break it) and the mirror switch was broken off. They insisted that it must have been like that, and took no responsibility. No surprise. My rim was destroyed in the accident. They got a new one and put a tire on with no pressure sensor in it. I ENDED UP BRINGING MY CAR TO ANOTHER BODY SHOP TO FINISH IT BECAUSE I WAS SO SICK OF DEALING WITH INCOMPETENT IDIOTS. They said "woah, which shop did this come from?" Needless to say, they were NOT surprised when I told them. I spent over $1,000 out of pocket. I would rather chew glass and expel it out than even recommend this place to my worst enemy. Do your research before bringing your car here.

It took 11 days to paint my Tahoe. I was told it would take 4. No body work, no door jam paint, just a regular paint job. "Well weve been busy, its been a crazy couple of weeks." I was also told that insurance work gets pushed to the head of the line. I was paying out of pocket. The hood has about 20 lines running up it almost like each pass wasnt blended with the last. The passenger mirror was taped terribly, and thats a pretty obvious spot. The area around the passenger door handle has to be fixed as well. I was told they couldnt do anything about the problems for 2 weeks. But the best part is that I was told I couldnt pick it up on the 10th day because it was in detailing. I dont know what they did, but the only thing I noticed was tire shine spray squirted haphazardly on the tires. Probably 5 big blotches each. It looked awful. When I asked about it I was told, "Well the wind was blowing." I came home and scrubbed it off because the wind was still blowing and I needed to leave the store before I lost it. I expected low quality because Maaco has a reputation, but I was still disappointed. Edit: I just keep finding more things they did poorly.

I recently had my car painted at the Maaco on North Hampton Blvd. I spent over a $1000. for a paint job that as Peter ( the manager) said would make my car look brand new. If you are into moon gazing and you particularly like the craters on the moon, you will love a Maaco paint job, for it easily replicates the surface of the moon. If you like getting sprinkles on your doughnuts or your ice cream cone, you will love the Maaco paint job because it to comes with sprinkles mixed right in the paint. If you are worried that you might have a vitamin C deficiency, youll never have to worry again because the Maaco paint job has so much orange peal in it. You WILL have to worry about them breaking parts on your car, such as door handles, because they will deny having any responsibility. But they make up for it by painting your rubber weather striping to match your car. So if you have a $1000 to waste, this is the place for you. If you dont, get a can of paint and a paint brush and some sprinkles and you can easily produce your own Maaco paint job.

Was told that my truck would be fixed. Never received updates and I had to call them several times for a status just to be told the maintenance guy working on my truck went home sick. Then the next day I was told they ordered the wrong part from Chevy and my truck wouldnt be fixed before they closed. I ended up getting my truck without the job being done. DONT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT! I will let all my military co-workers on base know that this place is trash and the management is terrible as well. Bad customer service! Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Tracy works at the front desk and she is unprofessional and Peter runs the place and he doesnt have a clue. If I could give it zero stars, I would. Hope I dont have to tell you that I told you so. Listen to this review and avoid the headache.

Pros: The best quote I got from there different body shops. The installation of my new bumper seems to be solid work. Cons: Because their estimate didnt catch some framing issues, the job took several more days than originally estimated. That was okay, as I told them I was in no rush. When I retrieved the vehicle, though, there was a 1" gash on the front passenger side of the bumper, and some scratching on the drivers side. When I pointed this out, the clerk stated that "the bumper came in like that" (I had provided it). I cant really blame her for saying that, but, I do blame the workers who were careless and caused damage to the unit.

Recommended by a friend...Maaco on Diamond Springs Rd Just bought an 08 Solara Conv....needed serious paint on the hood and front bumper....lots of Road chips Met wit the owner, Peter, and he assured me a first class job... I belong to a Solara Club and Everyone was knocked out by the outstanding appearance and quality of the finish... I must say...based on my experience and the Quality and Price I received...hands down ...I recommend Maaco on Diamond Springs Rd..First Class...ask for Peter, the owner...youll be glad you did!

Awesome painting job, and very down to earth employees. Customer service is great as they make a customer feel wanted. The reps at that desk appear to ALWAYS GREET customers and smile while they are doing it. The job estimator, Mr. Peter, is awesome, and considerate and he gives u a vivid detail of many potential body work options that fits your needs. Therefore, the outstanding paint job AND customer service makes me want to take my car their for every paint job. I highly recommend with 6 stars, if it were ever such a thing.
