I took my 209 BMW 128i here for an insurance repair for front end cosmetic damage mainly a dent to the door and nasty gouges everywhere else. (front bumper, hood, passenger side front fender, side skirt, passenger door and right rear quarter panel.) It was the closest body shop to my home. The process was simple enough, the receptionist was friendly. The car was supposed to take 9 days. The day after dropping it off I received a call from a gentleman whos name I cant remember unfortunately, we spoke briefly about fixing other non-accident related issues with my car. Specifically stone chips on my front bumper and filling the license plate mounting holes as I just zip tie mine to the bumper. So $500 for my deductible plus another $300 to prime, block sand, and refinish the front bumper I said yes. In this phone call I very clearly told whomever it was I was speaking to I wanted my old parts, my $900 OEM headlight and fog light. The next phone call was letting me know I could pick up my car, a day ahead of schedule just in time for a very important out of town event I had. I was ecstatic. All had gone well up until this point at which point I realized, nobody kept my old parts because "the tech simply threw them away." because who ever I spoke to over a week ago didnt put a note in my file. Which I dont believe in the slightest. Oh great there went that, nothing they can do about it & sorry is all I really got out of them. I wasnt surprised after checking their work. Over spray on my windows, runs in the paint, orange peel, uneven body gaps, and just overall crappy attention to detail the dents were gone and the so are the scratches, & I have finger prints from their painter touching my window with clear coat on their hands!!!! They quickly wiped down the inside of my car to rid the dust, that was a joke, looks like somebody smeared their tongue all over my car and said done. And if I was willing to pay $300 to refinish my front bumper, why werent the stone chips on my hood brought up as well? My hood is now shiny with divots in it that resemble a golf ball because the previous chips were just painted over I should of knew better then to take my car to a place my insurance company has a contract with to do work but the convince factor won me over.

Professional operation, and a very positive experience. My wife got in an accident that resulted in fender, bumper and door damage to our 2013 Pilot. My insurance company recommended T&S, so I took their advice. I am glad I did. The employees there are awesome, and care about your car, and you. Not only did they repair my Pilot, they cleaned it in and out! And believe me , with three kids, it was a mess. They helped me work through the rental car questions, and Enterprise was great also. They brought the rental car to me and picked it up from T&S when the work was done, very convenient. I read the one negative review on Google, and really wonder if he is talking about the same place. T&S went above and beyond! If need be, I will not hesitate to go back. Thanks!!

These people are the worst. Dont never take your vehicle there for repairs. Especially a paint job. These people are color blind dumb.
