Theres so much that I could say as a customer of Petrella Bros. Auto Body in a Cortland. A few weeks ago after my accident, I was a wreck and standing on the side of the road with no clue what to do. I quickly searched google for "auto repair shops" and called a few who didnt answer. The last shop I called was Matt Petrellas. Matt answered the phone and walked me through the ENTIRE process after my accident, calmed me down, and made sure I was okay. The only thing I had to do was tell the tow truck to take my car to Petrella Bros. After that, every detail was taken care of me without question. I was able to call and check in frequently for updates, get information for my insurance company, and Matt even communicated with my insurance for me for the most part. When I picked up my car last night it was SPOTTLESS AND BEAUTIFUL. Every detail was taken care of for me. Petrella is not only talented in their auto repair skills, but also the simple things that customers look for. Their customer service is impeccable. I hope to never be in an accident again, but I know if I was to be, I would call Matt and his boys in a heartbeat. I dont pass out reccomendations easily, but its easy to reccomend Petrella Brothers. You wouldnt regret taking your car to him. Thank you so much again guys!!!

Matt was great to work with as was everyone else. Truly great CUSTOMER Service. My Touareg got hit by a deer on drivers door. Youd never know it now. The car was spotless inside and out when I picked it up .... must better than how it was when I left it with them. Good group of people. Worked with my insurance well. I highly recommend them.
