WOW, our 2014 Mustang (our baby) was hit in a recent bad/medium accident by a vehicle which had spun out of control. So while we were feeling alil devastated I was refered to S & A Paint & Repair in Lititz, Pa. I met with John from S&A and discussed repairs. He is confident, competent and reassuring. Their shop did an unbelievably fantastic job restoring our Mustang to a factory (and even a little better than factory) condition. They completed the work in a minimal amount of time and were back on the road. I honestly believe that if you need body work on your vehicle they are the place you need to go. I own an automotive detail shop that has very High Standards. In the automotive business you get what you pay for. My wife had wrecked her car about a year ago. John and the team fixed it even to my high standards. Which is very high. They take great pride in there work and back up eventhing they do with honesty, integrity and getting the job right the first time. I have since recommended them to family and friends and all of them have received the same standards of quality and professionalism that I have recieved. This is Logans mom, Melissa. I just used S and A for the second time and again, the service was TOP NOTCH!!!! I cant say enough about their customer service. John was helpful with my insurance issues and even let me use his van bc I didnt have a rental!! That is some small town service right there. He communicated throughout the process and the work was impeccable. They wash and vacuum your car too! If you need paint or body repair this is the ONLY place to go in Lititz as far as Im concerned. You will not be disappointed.

The repair and paint job is amazing, and what started out as a major inconvenience was quickly addressed and more than adequate arrangements were made via the shop. And, the interior of my car hasnt been so clean (in sight and smell) since I bought it 11 years ago!
