Dropped off my car and no one assessed damages with me, car was to be completed in 10 days, they only allowed 4 hours per day to work in my vehicle my the car was done 2 days later than promised. After arriving to look at the car , I found my car unlocked in the parking lot, new damages and peices put on were loose my I spoke with the manager he began to threaten me and deny any wrong doings by his company although he admitted he never seen my car prior to it being worked on. He also said an I quote "I guess I get to keep your car then " I said no I would like the car to be repaired properly and then I would pay for my deductible as they already are receiving a 5,000 check from progressive . As I showed him the damages and loose prices he Bagan to kick my car and say its no big deal and more or less manipulated me into thinking if I didnt pay him he was keeping my car. There are more inappropriate remarks and serious lack of customers service as well as customer service by this company this is an authorized collison center by progressive and the progressive agent Ross neelly as well as the manager at BROOKSIDE COLLISON CENTER, need to be more respectful to those who are entrusting quality work and quality service they bother acted as though this is not a big deal and its a pass the buck game. Maybe beacuse I was a woman they thought their strong arming and aggressive demeanor would frighten me. I said I would report hin to the better business Bureau and he said hes Delt with that many times surely had I known that progressive would send me to less than a respectable place for repairs ami would of chose someone who I trust and has a good report on the community. I would make sure if u decide to take ur vehicle here for repairs to make sure that they walk thru damages with u when dropping the car off as well as have good pictures of the entire vehicle before and at pick up. Its apparent they will not be held accountable otherwise good luck. And this company should not be an authorized collison center for such a large company as progressive. Very dissatisfied all the way around.

JUST WANTED TO SAY WE HAVE NEVER REPAIRED A VEHICLE FOR A CUSTOMER NAMED JARED REED. THIS IS OBVIOUSLY A PERSON TRYING TO GET BUSINESS TO OUR COMPETITOR. The first time she had her front bumpers replaced, she came home with the car and asked me for my opinion because she thinks the new bumper is lopsided and not flush. I told her damn right its not flushed, took my micrometer the whole ways across and the variances were atrocious. The second time someone backed up into her rear bumper and our insurance company sent us to Brookside again. One of the damages was the bumper sloping onto the exhaust tip, Brookside side replaced the rear bumper and guess what, the bumper was still slopped. The wife facetimed me and said in so many words WTF? I told her not to take the car until they straighten everything out, no pun intended. Insurance company calls us to get some feedback, I told them I will NOT have Brookside work on our cars again. We will take our business to Barrys in Ephrata. If the owners of Brookside are reading this, please take this as a constructive review and inform your operation team about Quality Control and Quality Assurance before releasing a finished product to us consumers. If the OPs team no longer has a passion for what they do, then its time to clean house.

I brought my sedan here for front end damage repairs after I unfortunately watched a flatbed truck back into car. See photos for damage. I dropped it off on a Monday. I showed the receptionist the damages and informed her of any issues I noticed or may not have for unknown internal damage. She informed me of what to expect and said see you Friday. Another receptionist called me on Thursday, letting me know my car would be ready Friday. I arrived Friday, my car waiting in the parking lot. I almost didnt recognize it because the color was deeper from a waxing. You couldnt tell my car had been damage! I got the final paperwork from the receptionist and keys. I open my car, they vacuumed the floors, the seats, the trunk! My windows were washed! What great service! I recommend Brookside to anyone for accident repairs.

I first had my Toyota Tacoma repair there from a mailbox hit. The truck came back looking great. No problems at all. Most recently I went in for an assessment on my Passat. I had what looked like bird dropping down the side, yet they wouldnt clean off and seemed to etch the clear coat. The young lady behind the desk came out to look at it with me. She then said she would be right back. She came out with some tools and within 10 minutes had the marks buffed out and cleaned up. I tried to get a bill, but she wouldnt let me pay. Thanks Brookside!

I am very pleased with the body work done on my car. The work was done on time and the pricing was very competitive. My 2011 Kia Optima looks like new !
