Thanks Dave and Abe for my new Mazdaspeed3 From online & in the dealership Hampton Mazda know hows to knock it out of the park. I have a busy life and wanted to get the best price on my new 2012 Mazdaspeed3 and I emailed around to a few Mazda dealerships closer to home (Virginia Beach and Chesapeake) and got the run around but I emailed Dave Karasick from Hampton Mazda gave me the best price the first time. He even emailed me around 11pm well after business hours and I knew they wanted my business. No need to haggle they know how to get you in the car you want. I came in to fill the paperwork and both Dave Karasick and Abe Kent worked with me to get the paperwork signed and I was in and out in 25 minutes. The car was delayed from coming in and they gave me a loaner to get me to work until it came in and were very courteous. I got the email telling me my car came in and it was ready to go when I got there. I highly recommend this dealership they delivered on all their promises and went above and beyond working with me through email cause I cant use my phone during the day. Again Thank you Dave and Abe for all your help and making the transition to my new Mazdaspeed3 smooth and seamless.

Alan Cook provided the best car buying experience I have ever had and the entire team at Hampton Chevrolet exceeded all of my expectations. I tend to over analyze decisions on car purchases and I required a lot of time from the Alan and his Sales Manager, Dustin Edmonds, in order to come to conclusion on which Suburban model would best meet our needs and which features would need to be added. During each conversation, Alan and Dustin provided me with the information I needed and did so with great professionalism and a positive approach. This approach made the buying process very enjoyable. I also made some special requests such as having the chrome removed from the handles and doors that comes standard on the XLT and they accommodated these requests with a great attitude. This wasnt the case with the initial Chevy store I went to in my home town. IDustin Edmonds, Alan Cook and the rest of the team at Hampton Chevrolet made the tasking process of buying a car enjoyable, which is tough to do. I drove over 6 hours to buy from them and cant imagine going anywhere else for my next car purchase.

This was my second experience with Hampton Chevrolets body shop and Ben Allison, my service adviser. Both times he made the process quick, easy, and professional. I scheduled the appointment on-line, and he was ready for me when I arrived. Ben greeted me and then got right to work taking photos and documenting the damage. Within minutes he was handing me the estimate and working with me to schedule a convenient time to do the repairs. At the time of drop-off Tuesday morning, Ben said my car would be ready Thursday afternoon or Friday morning. The receptionist called the rental car company and had them come to the shop and pick me up. It could not have been easier. Sure enough, Ben called late Thursday morning to tell me my car was ready. Wow, great service and done ahead of schedule with my car looking as good as new. Who could ask for more? I highly recommend Hampton Chevrolets body shop and that you ask for Ben as your Service Adviser.

I had a great experience with the Parts Department today at Hampton Chevrolet. A few days ago i realized that is was time to break down and get new tires. Once I decided on new tires rather than used ones, I started making phones calls. I stopped calling around once I spoke with Johnathon M. in the Parts department at Hampton Chevrolet. Johnathon was not only friendly when he answered the phone but friendly and helpful to the very end of the call. It was like he knew what I needed before I knew what I needed. He had my tires the same day and even called me to let me know they were there and he would see me at my service appointment. On the day of my service appt. I was greeted by my service manager. Once checked in and sitting in the lobby, Johnathon even came by to say hello and talked to me while I waited. Between Kelly in service and ecspecially Johnathon in parts, I had a great day at Hampton Chevrolet. Thanks Johnathon. !!!

I took my 2007 Mazda3 in to get the state inspection. I left it there overnight and put my keys in the drop box. When I went to pick it up the next day after work, the drivers side rear door was completely bashed in! When I confronted the service people, they claimed that "it was like that when the got it." Someone in the sales department even said it was there when he had left the previous night (only an hour or so after we dropped it off). Now, my resale value is shot, Ive got to pay to get it fixed, Hampton Chevy has taken no responsibility, and get this: it passed the inspection. Car door bashed in and leaking water into the car, and they didnt see anything wrong with that...perhaps the inspection was done prior to the damage, and they just dont want to admit it. The worst part is, theres no way to prove they did anything and there are no consequences if they did.

I recently purchased a 2012 Chevy Traverse from Hampton Chevrolet and was very pleased with the overall car buying experience. After checking several different Chevy dealers in the greater Tidewater area, Im confident that Hampton Chevrolet offered the most competitive pricing and best overall customer service. From start to finish the service was excellent and most importantly, not pushy. Special thanks to Justin Hart for doing an outstanding job assisting my wife with finding the best vehicle to suite our family needs. Will recommend Hampton Chevrolet in the future. I also found the finance department to be incredibly professional and proficient -- one of the quickest car buying experiences I have been a part of.

First time customer, now a lifetime customer. Far and away, the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Started off with a USAA quote, and less than 15 minutes later Alan Cook contacted me to get started. I told him what I was looking for, and he put the deal together in under 2 hours! He didnt hand me off to a different guy like every other dealership, he was the single point of contact for the entire process. No jerking me around, no stammering, no browbeating, just a great car at a great price. Alan, (and Paul the finance guy too!) have this down to a science. I will definitely be recommending them and passing out some business cards!

I purchased a 2011 Chevy Avalance and I got to say the salesman Justin was very helpful and I trully appreciate that. This was my first time going to purchase a vehicle by myself and Justin made the processs easier and stress free. He was willing to answer all my questions and if he didn't know he found the answer. I have to say my first time by myself going to purchase a vehicle was a very pleasant experience. I walked away with just what I wanted and then some. My first vehicle prior to the newest purchase was with Hampton Chevy but this purchase and the customer service rendered by Justin Hart out weighed the prior service. THANKS JUSTIN!!
