I sent my truck there in January to be fixed after an accident. I took them until late February to get it back to me. Three days later, the alternator went up in it. I sent it back on a Friday and they said Id have it back no later than Monday. It wasnt ready until Thursday. Saturday night it died again because the belt was on wrong. For insurance purposes I sent it back Tuesday. I just got it back today and the alternator still isnt working properly. I have given up on this place because they have cost me a lot of time and gas money going back and forth in a friends car thinking it would be ready. I highly recommend going somewhere else unless youre ready to waste a lot of time and money.

They did work on one of my cars that was involved in an accident a few years ago. Took a month for a new hood and bumper to be installed and painted. When I got it back there was gray, what looked like primer, overspray on parts of the car and the new front bumper had a few big gray paint blotches like primer had run down from another project onto my car. They didnt blend the paint to try to match it to what was on the other parts of the car. The trunk was wet like someone had left it open in the rain and the trunk liner had sunk into the spare tire compartment. Avoid this place at all costs.

Go elsewhere, they had my vehicle for over 2 months and werent even working on it when I was checking on it. Their back lot is filled with other cars like that. Theyre too busy working on doing work on their own vehicles or working on sports cars. (Which theyre probably charging that customer a fortune for the work anyway). Steer clear, no pun intended

I have an 2011 Inaugural Edition Challenger (Only 1100 made) that has always been garage kept and never out in bad weather. I had a small accident and needed a new rear bumper and quarter panel repair. They kept the car inside, out of the weather for me the whole time they had it and the repair was great. I would highly recommend them for any repairs.

My family has been using E & B for many years. I have never had any problems or issues with them. My truck was hit by the Fallston Tornado and turned out that they were certified through State Farm as an adjuster making the process really easy. They not only completed the work well but cleaned my truck inside and out.
