Typically within any market, dealing services, you get your pick of two of three things: 1. Quality (Customer service/Accuracy of service), 2. Price and 3. Turnaround speed. This is typical... Stock of Modified Bodyworks; however, gives atypical service in that they offer ALL THREE. Im military, my father has been an autobody mechanic for in excess of 35 years now. He knows his trade. Though, he is 500 miles away.. and I only get to visit over a weekend. His workplace isnt open on the weekends. So, I have to turn to local autobody mechanics. This was a real problem before I began going to Stock or Modified Bodyworks. Even my well seasoned autobody mechanic father agrees.. the work that Joey and his crew has done on my wifes car twice (twice in a year period - thank$ honey) is superb, fairly priced and turnaround was always within the week (more severe damage cases, as was the first case with my wifes car, should always expect longer --- but even then Joey got a $3500 job done within the week). The craftsmanship is second to none in this area, I firmly believe this.. having had to go to three other bodyshops in the area in the past (before I was referred to Joey) did a mediocre job and one did a terrible job. Not Joey. Twice for my wifes car and once for a repaint of my older Prelude (my "fun" car on the weekends -- when not driving my 3500HD) -- all jobs, perfect. Rarely do I bother with reviews, in fact, it may be only my second in my years spent on the Internet (since 1990 when it was mostly just newsgroups)... but Joey and the gang DESERVE it. YOU deserve it... if you want the best, look no further than Stock or Modified Bodyworks. -- Jayson Hansen

This shop is legit! First off let me start by saying I lost control of my car damaging the front bumper and bending 3 wheels going over a curb right before my deployment which was a week away. I did research online and came across stock or modified body works. I like the fact they dealt with modified cars. My car is a garage queen and highly modified so I knew this was the shop to go to. I was contacted by Joey and we spoke on the phone, not only is he friendly he loves cars. I had my car towed to his shop right before me leaving on deployment. Joey was prompt on responding to my emails and kept me updated throughout the process. Once the car was complete Joey personally did me the favor in delivering the car to my home. I got back from deployment end of August and saw the final product, you would never imagined this vehicle was ever damaged they did an awesome job bringing my baby back to normal. Im very grateful for Joey and his crew, you guys deserve the 5 star rating!

From the first phone call with Joey, the owner, where he was so thankful for my inquiry to the second I got my car back, was great. Not only did he take it personal and want the best for myself and my car, he established a connection with me as a customer. I read about Stock or Modified through local car forums and have heard nothing but great things, so I thought I would give it a shot, as well. Sure enough, my 2012 WRX looked like it came off the showroom floor when I got it back. He was on schedule with his work and even kept me updated with the progress. Another thing that stood out to me, was his co-worker who insisted on showing me the damaged door that was replaced just to prove that they didnt fix the door, they actually replaced it. To whomever has concerns about the reputation of this shop, dont hesitate to give them a call and speak with Joey. If something isnt right with your car he will make sure its done properly. I was rear ended last year in my 07 dodge Dakota, a coworker told me about them and had my truck towed there the next day, they got to work on it quickly and had some other work done, when I got my truck back it was a million times better than before, also got 4 new tires installed, one of the guys even came in on his off day to work on my truck because I needed it before thanks giving, they got the truck done a few days before I needed it and you couldnt even tell it got t-boned, even tho it was nearly 8k worth of work, definitely will be going back shortly, as I just picked up a dodge ram and it needs some paint touch up, when I had my Dakota towed there they remembered me from when I took my wifes car when it got totaled, no work was done on the car due to the estimate and the insurance paid us and took the car, looking forward to seeing them this week for an estimate

AMAZING BODY WORK!!! I grew up in a body shop, and the only company I have found in Virginia so far that I would trust to work on my car is Stock or Modified Bodyworks. They are very friendly and go the extra mile to help you out. They use only the top quality paints, and give the best quality paint jobs. I have never had a problem with any of their work, and always get complemented on the work at all of the car meets. I have gotten in two accidents and I am constantly swapping out body parts, and every time Stock Or Modified is done with my car it comes out looking better then it did from the factory. There is a reason that this shop is always full of Ferraris, Bentleys, Vipers and other high end cars. Fantastic job Stock Or Modified Bodyworks crew.

Stock or Modified Bodyworks is the most professional and quality driven body shop (or even business) that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Joey and his team have done numerous projects on trucks that I have owned and their craftsmanship is amazing. Joey is getting ready to do some more work on a new truck that I have and I trust him and only him to do this work; he seems to always treat my vehicles as though they were his. Joe(owner) and Nick(painter) always make my stuff look top notch. I am very very picky and pay attention to the smallest details and Nick always exceeds my expectations and end results are always what i want! Also they have awesome customer service!
