Ill start by saying Andy the manager is a good guy. I brought my new 2016 Toyota Tacoma to Mikes due to a rock hitting my drivers door by the handle causing 2 small chips. One in the drivers door and one in rear passenger door. Got my estimate and set date to complete. I picked my truck up and immediately noticed the chips still in the door. Andy advised he could try to wet sand and buff it out. Which helped. But didnt fix it completely. I agreed to try to live with it. I then had it detailed 2 days later and my detail guy pointed out there were more spots on the back door. After taking back to Mikes, Andy advised he could wet sand those out too. They almost came out and he says anymore sanding and it will go through clear coat. So now I have a brand new truck with more spots/dirt in the door then when it was dropped off. I was told its lifetime guarantee. Apparently not as he said there is no perfect paint job. I wish he had said that upfront. Im taking this comolaint to BBB and telling my insurance company as Im gonna have to get it painted again.

Mikes turned lemons into lemonade! My car got hit - Lemons. If that wasnt bad enough, then it became my responsibility to make the repair happen - very sour Lemons. As if I dont have enough to juggle already, I had to find a reputable repair shop, figure out when I could give up my car for a week, how I would get it there & how I would get back. So, I found Mikes, (thanks to online reviews) got the estimate & made an appointment. On the day my car was ready, (exactly when they promised) my ride fell through. When I called Tiffany she said that she would see who was available to come and get me. Much to my surprise, Mike (yes, the owner) & Tiffany brought the car to me. Not only was the damage repaired, but the car was washed & vacuumed! After chastising me (with a smile) for my missing hubcaps, Mike told me where to get new ones & we made a date for me to come back so they could put them on for me. Perfectly sweetened Lemonade ;-)

I brought my truck for a repair, paint the left side panel the bumper assy and the muffler and exhaust system. I told Andy that I need the old parts for the exhaust system. When I got the truck its looks good just looking at it, but if you dont know how to look at the paint you will be taken advantage of it. For myself I knew how to look how good the paint job is, because I used to be a sign painter. When I went home and check my trucks paint closely thats when I saw those very little bubbles from the paint job. I saw also a small hole thats not get by paint and its small. I complain about all those things but the only thing they do is buff the paint but the small hole at the back of the panel is still there and I complain again about it and Andy told me thats there already and its not a part of the job. How can you say that its not a part of the job while you paint the whole panel of the truck. Stupid answer.

I dont usually write reviews unless I am blown away beyond pleased or gotten screwed over. Mikes Paint & Body did an excellent job. I recently picked up my truck on Thurs from a hit-n-run. The repair job was so good. The paint and repair looked like factory. You couldnt tell there was ever anything wrong. No rippling, no over spray, no fish eyes in the paint....Flawless. Todd and his team were very professional, polite, and very accommodating to my needs. Todd even addressed this hazy spot on my rear quarter panel that a car detailer couldnt get out at no additional expense to me. My truck is BLACK and shows every little imperfection. My truck was returned to me washed, detailed, and vacuumed.. The team at Mikes Paint & Body absolutely went beyond my expectations. Im so happy I had my truck serviced there. THEY ARE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I recently took my car to Mikes Paint & Body for collision repairs and I couldnt be more impressed. First impression, the shop was remarkably well kept and clean. The staff was more than friendly and welcoming, which I appreciate. They gave me a reasonable time frame to have my car repaired and kept their word. Todd did a great job handling all of my paperwork and working with my insurance company, Ramsey and Joe made my car look new again and Sarah completely detailed my car before I picked it up. Thanks to all of them for such a great job. Im definitely a satisfied customer and I would recommend Mikes Paint & Body to anyone looking for great, hassle-free repairs or body work!

May6,2015 I rec/d. my car from Mikes Paint &Body after the repairs to the back bumper of my car. I was very pleased with the repairs, Andy explained in detail what exactly was done, walk out with me to the car to be sure I saw and felt the difference in the way the bumper was prior to the repair and after the work that was done. Andy assured me of the warranty and stated that if I had additional questions to always feel comfortable to call. I have had repairs to my car twice from Mikes and I highly recommend them. My 18 year old son had his first, and hopefully last fender bender, a few weeks ago, and I looked up Collision and Repair places online. At first, I was going to go somewhere else, but once I looked at their reviews I knew where we were taking the car. Didnt realize that you had to have an appointment for an estimate, but Andy took it anyway.:) Once I gave the ok to start repair it was s done when they said, and they did an AMAZING job. It looks better than before the accident. TY.

My truck had some pretty significant rust damage on the roof and around the windshield. The team over at Mikes got the job done and got it done right! They were very professional and addressed all of my concerns. I was not able to pickup the vehicle myself, so they sent me a nice detailed email report (with pictures) explaining everything they did and what obstacles they had to overcome. I am very impressed and they have earned my business for any future repairs.

Their service and quality can be summed up in one word...Superb! I did my research around the Beach and their facility is second to none. The folks at Mikes were able to accommodate my repair and work was completed expeditiously - in less time than estimated. I spoke with the owner (Mike) and Tiffany on day one and felt like I was part of the team. I will recommend Mikes Auto & Body to all my friends and family. They certainly have my business...without a doubt!!

Great place! Every employee was kind and patient. They fixed my car after it got hit by another car on the side. They even fixed a shopping cart dent on the same side. It was done quickly and perfectly and they came out and talked to me about what had to get fixed and even watched my toddler as I struggled to put take out and put in car seats. Car was clean and vacuumed when I picked it up. I highly recommend them!Address is on Progress Lane off London Bridge Rd.
