Pros: Expeditious, professional, personable, great overall service. Cons: None. Last March, while my wife and I were temporarily living in Camden NC, my wife experienced a scary car accident. Although she walked away from the crash (shes tough like that), the condition of the car was a different story and it was ultimately towed to Buddy Gregory for a damage assessment. Less than 48 hrs from the time they received the vehicle, we received a call from Buddy Gregory with news that the car was going to be totaled. The person who called (unfortunately I forget her name) was very knowledgeable and forthcoming with information in response to all of our questions to include how we proceed with our auto insurance claim; I must add that we received a very reasonable monetary assessment for the vehicle which really helped our situation. When we came to the body shop to retrieve our personal effects from the vehicle, the staff who greeted us were true professionals. They were personable while explaining the damage assessment, compassionate to our situation, and genuinely concerned over my wifes health. Our experience with Buddy Gregory was a bright spot in what was a bleak situation.
