DIDNT COMPLETE REPAIRS AND LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM Upon getting notification that my car was repaired and ready to pick up, I sent a family member to grab it for me (I work out of town). Upon arrival, the family member had to wait 20-30 minutes while the one handler for my car appeared to be on a social call, laughing and giggling her way through it. The family member had to then ask a second time for just the key so they could go. After driving away, they noticed the Tire Pressure Monitor alarm was still on and wasnt repaired. The item was noted upon turning the car in to get fixed. Maybe a minor deal for some, but not paying attention to detail, and lack of professionalism is kind of big to me. Doesnt help when you live on the Eastern Shore, an hour away, and have extra expense getting the car there and back yet a second time.

I was recently in a fender bender and was referred to checkered body shop by my car dealership since it was pretty much a new model. I had to walk in though to make an appointment just for the estimates since it was really hard to get the lady in charge on the phone but I was able to get an estimate super fast to get to my insurance and turn around for ordering parts and repairs was about two weeks. The actual car was only in the shop for 5 days. However they gave me daily updates and pictures on my car, and even made the adjustments with my insurance when they found more damage, and they even clean my car for me inside and out which is fantastic! Overall I had a fairly awesome experience for a situation that already cause a headache and I would definitely recommend and use them again. It just requires some patience.

Im honestly furious. This body shop has had my Audi for going on 3 weeks, and every time I call, no one can answer any of my questions except my "case manager" who Im always transferred to and who has never once picked up the phone. When I call back again, and explain to the receptionist that no one ever picks up my calls, her only solution is to transfer me to a manager instead, who shockingly also doesnt answer their phone. Apparently getting up from the desk and walking to the back to get an answer to my simple question is too much for the receptionists to handle. The quality of customer service is no where near the level that Im used to through my regular Audi dealership, and should I ever need more work done I wont be returning here.
