We scheduled ceiling painting with Roys for 5 July. They failed to show up at the appointed time and failed to call to let us know they were not coming. When we called they said "they painters drank too much yesterday, so they wont be coming today." We had taken a day off of work to be home for the appointment - MONEY LOST. We rescheduled for 7 July. On 7 July they failed to show up and failed to call. When we called they said they would not be able to make it and that maybe they could make it out some time on the weekend. Again, we had stayed home from work - MORE MONEY LOST. The woman on the phone said "thats just how it is, nothing is guaranteed." Well this is guaranteed - we will never use Roys Painting and we will actively advise others to avoid Roys. We lost money and got absolutely nothing for it. Thats bad business, plain and simple.

They failed to show up at the quoted time! I called and the lady told me they didnt finish a job from the previous day, so they would be late getting to me. Once again, she quoted a time two hours later and they did not show up. I called her back and she said "nothing is guaranteed". When I asked for a discount for them being an inconvenience to me, she said they could not do anything for me. She then assured me that they would be there four hours later. When they had not shown up at that time, I cancelled the request. This company is very unprofessional and inconsiderate and I would NOT recommend them!

Do not use this company, because all they will do is lie to you in order to get the job. I was quoted a time of having the work done the next day, Saturday with completion that day. They never showed up on Saturday, and when I called, they stated that the job may be started on Monday and would take several days. BUYER BEWARE, THESE PEOPLE WILL DO NOTHING BUT LIE TO, DO NOT USE THEM
