We are fixing up our house to rent out. The person who came to do the estimate was very knowledgeable and helpful. She understood we were planning to rent and didnt try to get us to paint areas we didnt need painted. Its always good when you dont feel a contractor is trying to rip you off! Surprisingly, their price was very competitive with the two other bids we got. I like the fact that they use Sherwin Williams paint. They were flexible with the start date. The workers were very professional, and finished in the time expected. We are very pleased and will recommend them to others.
