We had the best experience with CertaPro Painters! We are a military family and have just relocated to williamsburg. We closed on our home on a Thursday and Mark came that morning to give me an estimate. He was very friendly and knew his stuff! He called me a few hours later to let me know he had found a crew to accommodate our very short timeline before our HHG were delivered. I immediately knew we were going to hire these guys to do the job. Jose and his crew (2 other men) showed up at 9:30 the next day and got to work. These guys meant business!! They had told me they would be done painting the entire interior of our home (minus trim work) by Sunday night. They were done by Saturday evening! The house looks amazing and Jose was the nicest guy ever! They really took care of our home. Would absolutely recommend them and use them again!

With many interruptions due to rain, they were quick to accomplish the work when the weather allowed. The estimator showed up on time and was friendly and efficient, giving me an estimate before he left. I received a reminder call a couple of days before the job and a call from the painter the night before. They showed up on time, did an excellent job, were professional and friendly. Our crew was here on time as prearranged and did an excellent job. Our estimate predicted a three to three and half days of work but our crew did the complete job in two days. The crew moved our furniture and took very good care of it. My wife and I are very pleased with the job.
