I hit a curb on the way into work and bent my rim, took it here since its near my office to have them check any alignment issues or what. They called me to tell me that they hadnt even put it up but I would need to get insurance involved right away. I said I may go out of pocket so give me an estimate, it was like pulling teeth to get them to even look at it without me starting an insurance claim on it. In the end they gave me an $800 estimate. I ended taking it to my usual place and spent $125 total on a rim/balancing everything else checked out fine and the car rides great now. I dont get all the great reviews, maybe I just look like a sucker haha

Excellent customer service. The guys at the front desk are awesome. Now granted they get sales for getting people to sign up for their store credit card but they are really nice about it. They got me in at 7:30AM and they were done by 9:30AM the price was very fair for the work and they handled everything with care. I would use them again for any vehicle needs. Usually I steer clear of the chain stores but I was in a bind and I took a chance. Im glad that I did.

I have gone here many of times for my car.....they always fix what the problem is and the prices are always reasonable. I have dealt with many auto shops that try to take you to the bank and try to tell you things that dont need to be replaced need to be replaced. If you want to avoid places like that go to this Goodyear!! I trust them with accurate information and my safety (places like this are hard to find).

I used to take my car to Jiffy Lube for car needs only because its what Ive always done, but have recently been going to Brooks- Huff. The service is absolutely wonderful. The staff is extremely friendly and eager to accommodate, even when you wake up late for your appointment. Also they are much fairer with prices than anywhere else. Always a pleasure to come here!

Maryland State Car Inspection was easy in and out process. They where alot cheeper than most places and it was really easy and simple. I just took my car there and came back in a few hours to pick it up.
