I am VERY disappointed with the service I received here. My car needed a new bumper, grill, headlight and some work on the hood and fender. There was also a large part behind it all that needed changing. I had to go back 2 times for my hood, which had paint issues on the edge, as well as the metal being very roughly straightened. They got it to an "OK" look on the 3rd try, but the first time I was told it was being fixed, and upon going to pick up, I noticed nothing had changed. Upon further inspection I noticed a large part that needed changing was either NOT replaced, or broken on installation. It was very clear. Also, there were problems with the clear coat on the bumper in several spots, so that needed sanding and reworking. I am currently awaiting to have these issues fixed, which I was told would happen by Thursday. The overall installation of the parts was good, but these are bolt on parts that require very little skill and ability to install. Positive: They kept the aftermarket parts I asked for them to keep, and from what I can tell so far the blend job on the hood is pretty good. The parts ordered were OEM and new. After pointing out the problems, they have been pretty decent about getting it fixed, but accept no responsibility on their end. Instead, blaming the parts manufacturer. I do not expect perfection with things like this, and even understand having to go back once. However, Having to go back as many times as I have had to, as well as the dirt, dust and grime they had left ALL over my interior makes this a very low review. I do not expect to ever come back here once I am finished with my current problems, and would definitely not recommend this to others. It is a Geico affiliated Shop, so if you have Geico the work is covered and warranted. Thus, these fixes and replacements are free of charge, just like they are for me. Still, I do not recommend this.

My family have used this company on several occasions. The first repair went flawless and for that reason we chose to use them again after accidents and out of pocket repairs. The last 2 times we have to reschedule for do-overs of the initial repairs they did which was not up to par. We can not recommend this place because of the poor workmanship. They also disregard any damages which are pointed out to them and after that nothing happens. Update as of 12/29/16 Company lives up to their warranties and provide very good service. Very quick repair times. Will now recommend to use.

I would not take my broken bicycle to this place if they were the ONLY ones left on the earth. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO COMMUNICATION REGARDING much of ANYTHING to do with your vehicle and service time etc... They WILL however call you to tell you that "theyve TRIED numerous times to CALL you and "Left Messages" regarding your car which has been done oh, a month or so ago.... DO NOT GO THERE You WILL REGRET IT. Liberty Mutual uses them for their repair-MISTAKE and so I MAY need to find another INSURANCE company also.

AWFUL! Do not use this company. They have zero ability to communicate and cost me excessive time frustration. I was told that my car was ready and I could pick it up. I was not told to bring the check from the insurance company that I never received. If payment was not resolved with the insurance why was I told I could get the car? They would not take any responsibility for misinforming me and wasting my time. I was told that I could pay for the entire amount on MY credit card. How magnanimous of them.

My wife and I were discussing the nice job you did once again for the two minor dents on her new Nissan. Just wanted to say thanks again as I’m sure you get your fair share of tough days! It didn’t matter if it was a three thousand dollar job, like on my Lexus from the hail storm last year or a three hundred job a couple of weeks ago…you showed us the same courtesy!

If they even bothered to do a headlamp alignment, its not matched up with the other lamp assembly. Im going to try to fix it myself but Im pretty annoyed that after two weeks and $3,000+ Im going to have to take it back there so they can get it right.
