My wife and I were in the market for a mini van a few years ago. We decided to take a day and go used car shopping. We had always driven by M&S on our daily travelings so on this particular day we decided to stop by the lot and check out the cars and get a feel for the business. We were very well received and got to meet Max the owner. We checked out a mini-van that he had for sale on the lot. As we were still shopping around we decided to keep looking in order to make a final decision. We called up a friend of ours whom is also a mechanic in the area and asked him for his input of M&S Auto Services track record and reputation. We also asked if (our friend) he could stop by on our behalf and check out the van for us. Our friend had positive feedback and gave us the green light on M&S Auto and the Van. We bought the van and still have it today. We havent had any major issues with this vehicle and had never had to replace any major parts. The service was friendly and honest. We have since bought two more vehicles from M&S, all of which we are very happy with. The latest vehicle we bought from Max at M&S Auto Service was practically special ordered. I told Max what I was looking for including but not limited to my price range, color, make, year, model, and trim package...It doesnt get much better than that. My wife and I will certainly buy from M&S Auto Service again. Give them a shot...Max is a great guy to deal with.

My wife, the dog and I were at our wits end.... Headed to NC from NY..... Car wanted to act funny about three hours into the trip. After limping down the highway for at least five hours we stopped at a gas station to try to make a plan... Asked a local if they could refer us to someone decent. These guys were awesome!! They took our car right in..... Basically dropped what they were doing to help in customer in need. They quickly diagnosed the problem (catalytic converter) , and gave us several options that they could do to repair the problem. There work was very quick and efficient, and they let us know every step of the way what was happening. Thank you guys for helping us get back home, and even though our Dalmatian didnt like the dog treats, we thought your customer service was AWESOME!!!

First I took a old beater truck for an oil change They did quick work and was fast and easy for an Appointment. I just recently had another car I own inspected by them and they made it very easy to set up the appointment to getting the job done to payment. Also they have a payment plan set up for anyone whos looking to make sure the repair for their vehicle is within their Budget. I would highly recommend this auto shop to any 1. It is also in a very convenient spot. Right off the main square across from the 711. Yes you have to do side street parking but there are very many spots around the shop the park your vehicle. The staff is very Knowledgeable on all fronts from Service, sales, and parts. Very friendly so your customer-service will be through the roof. Also dog-friendly.

Guys and Gals, there are a lot of 5 star reviews on M&S Auto Service Center Inc for a reason....... Great Service, more than fair price, and wonderful to deal with, Driving through the area with a 1 ton dually and 5th wheel rv when driveshaft went bad. Limped over to M&S and they got us in right away even though they had plenty of work to do. Looked at the problem with me listened to every word i said and fixed it just as described they would. Dont be afraid to use this shop they will treat you right. Look at other shops in the area and compare the reviews for yourself. We are from Kansas and just driving through when we needed help so not local at all.

This is the place to go. I was stuck, I mean really stuck as in 45 miles from my home. No friends, no family, nobody. While my son undergo treatment at Hershey medical these guys busted their butts and got my car done when nobody else wanted to even listen to my dilemma. They were compassionate, understanding, and affordable on a low very low income budget! Thank you guys SO very much!! Best wishes and blessings. Made my day and restored a lil faith back into ppl after all the excuses and hung up phone calls. Even made me feel good about the decision made about my sons education. A total stranger!!! Went in for an estimate on what It would take to hook up a hydraulic hose, not only did they charge me $104 for the estimate but then told me I would need to change the slave cylinder which would cost $856.00 they also said I may have to change the clutch for an additional $300.00... I picked up my car and left, went down to advanced auto and got a clip for $1.59, put the clip on bled the hydraulic lein and was back on the road.... these guys are thieves!!!

Bad very bad bought a brand new part from napa - track bar that they needed to put on my daughters Jeep they never installed it right came off the very next day doing 50mph on the highway my daughter could have lost her life . No money back for nothing had our AAA pick the jeep up and drop it at the shop. Over 575.00 all they did is reinstall the same part and did a front end alignment. Gave us a bad Attitude. Never go here. We stopped going here.

M&S is wonderful! Max and Dave have been taking care of our car needs for quite a few years now. They are always very gracious about working us in and fixing our car troubles. We have bought 2 cars through their sales department and have been very pleased. Highly recommend M&S!

Very friendly and helpful staff. The appointment was quick and painless...which is really nice. They arent the cheapest in town, no, but they arent exactly breaking the bank either and its the best service Ive had.

Quick appointment. Friendly service. Lightbulb replacement cost was unreasonable. Car was obviously smoked in. Odor and ashes; which is probably why this non-smoking family probalby wont return.
