First, Ill say: the woman at the front desk is incredibly unprofessional. Shes been rude to me every single time Ive spoken to her on the phone, and in person. I had work done at this mechanic shop recently, after my car was involved in an accident. Apparently, this is a "Geico approved" shop, so Geico stated I should use this specific shop to have all of the work done on my car. Initially, the person from the shop who called me (after I dropped the car off) stated the work would be done 3-4 DAYS later. Then, when it wasnt finished by the time they said it would be, they said it would be done the following week. The following week, I called every day, and they continued to make excuses as to why it wasnt done "that day," but that it would be done "tomorrow." I was finally able to pick up my car TWO weeks later. I drove my car off the lot, and attempted to turn onto the main road. While making the turn, my axle broke in half. I went back to the shop and explained what had just happened to the receptionist. She then continued to talk to the other person behind the desk (no sense of urgency/extremely poor customer service). When two men from the shop went down the road to get my car, one of them called the receptionist and she told me the man said "your axle was rusted through and it was bound to happen, anyway" (referring to the axle breaking in half). The next sentence out of her mouth was: "Youre going to need to get your car towed. You cant leave your car on our lot." I called my mechanic from the shop I always go to, who spoke back and forth with their mechanic, explaining that they were outright lying to me about my axle. Eventually, the mechanics agreed to fix the axle. I picked up my car a couple days later, and noticed that the mirror shook whenever I drove (they worked on the mirror at their shop). I called to complain, and the Geico representative working at the shop attempted to tell me it was okay that they didnt use a Honda mirror, and that many mechanic shops use old car parts from cars that have been in accidents. That would be fine... if the parts functioned as they should. The parts they used on my car clearly didnt function as they should, or I wouldnt have had a broken axle, and a shaking mirror. Since I left from this shop the last time, one of my doors shakes, and the other door squeaks as it opens/closes. Both doors were doors this mechanic shop worked on. Im scared to go back there to have them fix it (this would be the third time Id be coming back for repairs), because Im wondering what else will they damage? The Geico representative working at this location is just as bad as the mechanic shop, itself. I would NOT recommend this shop or the Geico representative who works there to anyone. They try to save a penny whenever they can, at YOUR expense.

Took my VW here to get repaired after my accident. Brought it home and had to bring it back because they didnt do an alignment. Then I had to get my 50k service done at VW and they noticed that Subway put in the WRONG coolant for my car. They put in a generic universal coolant rather than the Vw required coolant which clogged up the lines and almost ruined my engine. Cost me $175 to get the coolant flushed and Im still trying to get someone to call me back because they WILL be refunding me since this was their mistake. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

One of the most pleasant experiences I have been through in getting my car appraised, evaluated and repaired. The only thing even more wonderful was having Enterprise Car Rental right there on the premises where a pre-scheduled rental was ready for me to drive. This enabled me to get back to my office with virtually no interruptions through all of this. Quite frankly this degree of customer service just is not found in our society today. I would highly recommend the professionalism of this business to everyone

Do NOT go here! theyre incredibly rude and unprofessional. The shop is also suspect, ruined my AC compressor so I would come back to get it fixed. Charged me 200 for a rental that they previously told me would be "covered" by Gieco, and were asking for $1000+ to fix my AC that they previously ruined after my car was sent here due to an accident (A toyota mechanic told me he was sure it was due to the faulty repair done by subway autobody).

Great work, attention to detail and willingness to make proper repairs. My car was taken here for front end damage sustained during a snow storm. Matt was great about making sure my car was repaired properly and all my modifications replaced and installed to my preferences, all covered by insurance. I even received regular status updates and photos throughout the time my car was there.

Highly recommend this place! Reasonable prices, service done in less than 48 hours and great customer service. Had a dent on my front bumper, got a cheaper estimate than other places in less than 15 minutes. Dropped off car Monday afternoon, car was ready Tuesday evening. They vacuumed the inside even though I only had exterior work done. Will definitely come if needed in the future!

Had my Jeep repaired there after a 4 car accident, great service, very professional, one -stop shop: insurance, rental car, car repair...loved it. Going to bring my Chevy there to get some body work done, even tho my chevy is not with Geico, but USAA works with them too, so works out great. Definitely recommend it.

We were rear-ended by an inattentive driver. The damage was minimal, but Subway Auto Body and GEICO went out of their way to insure all potential damage was uncovered and rectified. Ive never had a better experience working with both an insurance company and an auto body shop. These folks set the bar high.

They say theyll call you regarding service updates and then not answer calls or questions asking for service updates, or theyll end up just giving you a runaround response and put you on hold until someone on their line hangs up. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SUBWAY AUTO BODY

Everyone was extremely nice, walked me through the process since this was the first accident I ever had! My car looks brand new again and they did an amazing job with the paint! I definitely will be coming here for future body work thank you guy for being awesome!

They cut the inside plastic fender wells on my truck figuring out how to take the bumper off. Then they lied about it refusing to fix the damages. Owner was rude and arrogant to deal with.
