A year ago, I had a fender bender in my Volvo and chose a private body shop based on amazing referrals. They had a two week waiting list, and the owner said their quality of work means paying out of pocket, since their fees typically exceed insurance estimates. I ended up at an insurance "preferred" dealership who left me with four half-painted nuts under the hood, overspray on fender bolts, and an inoperative washer fluid sensor. More recently, my son collided with a racoon who was running across traffic instead of with it. After the smoke cleared, the Acura TL-S had one wheel that was cracked and leaked air, another that was warped, and lots of visible and hidden damage. State Farm gave me freedom of choice, so I picked Owings Mills Collision Center based on references for quality work and outstanding customer service. The references were absolutely correct. Jake was my POC, and remained committed to please from day one, despite insurance delays. The car had been on his lot for a week, and State Farm considered totalling it! After a fuss, they sent two estimators, but still fell short of actual costs by thousands of dollars. Jake went to bat for me, assuring me his role was to submit actual cost estimates based on his experience to get the job done right for me. Although his work load is as heavy as mine, he made time to email or call me with progress reports. Jake apologized for taking extra time to finish the job, but he "wanted it to be perfect". Most shops want to get rid of the customer and move on, but Jake took the time to answer my questions including details of challenges his staff had in blending the pearl white paint. He clearly showed pride in the final product and the folks behind the scenes that made it all possible. Jake was always friendly, respectful and down to earth, the perfect match for his role at OMCC. Honorable mention goes to Ashley up front for answering questions when Jake was doing estimaes or working with other customers. Hats off to Mike, Jakes manager, for being available for consultation or approval as needed. Last but not least, Michelle at BMW Service deserves a shout out for following up to see "if my visit wasnt Truly Exceptional". I had a marker light that was intermittant and she contacted Jake who brought out a friendly technician to check it out for me before they closed that same day! Thanks to Owings Mills Collision Center, the pearl white Acura TL-S looks like new and runs great. I will gladly recommend your shop to anyone searching for a shop that provides top quality repairs and paint, backed by excellent customer service including the willingness to work with the insurance company to minimize out of pocket cost.

OMCC did an incredible job on my 2017 Honda Civic. I was very stressed and overwhelmed when my brand new car was damaged, at the fault of someone else. After several frustrating hours of dealing with insurance companies, I took my car to OMCC and all of my stress went away. They handled all communication with the insurance company and got me all of the money I deserved to return my car to new. They updated me on the status of my car daily and were very quick and thorough when answering all of my questions. When I picked up my car, not only was the paint job phenomenal, the whole car was detailed, looking like the day I bought it. They took a very stressful situation and put all of my worries at ease. From the front desk to the body shop, I could not be happier with my experience at OMCC.

First I would like to start of by saying I appreciate the information the staff (mechanics /adjusters) shared with me . They really kept me informed every step of the way they even gave me a few pointers. They really made me feel like they had my best interest. I find it very seldom where you can go into a auto mechanic shop where you dont feel like they are either trying to get over on you.... or sell you something you dont need. I cant thank them enough for there customer service with the entire staff; from the receptionist to the young lady who handles rental cars. I dont want to have to go back but(knock on wood) so ill drive very cautious.... but if I had to I would most defiantly use Owings Mills collision as my Preferred auto body shop. Did I mention you guys are awesome

Everyone I encountered here truly cares about the customer. Mike and Jake were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful when dealing with my insurance company. They stayed in contact with me through the entire process. I never had to call because they were always one step ahead of me. It is so hard to find a body shop that is trustworthy. I was treated with nothing but the utmost respect. I will never go anywhere else now that I have found them.I would recommend all of my friends and anyone else I know go here. Besides the great customer service you can tell the quality of the work done. Not only that but my car is much cleaner than when I brought it in. I really want to thank everyone who helped me there. You have a customer for life.

While being in a collision and requiring extensive repair to your vehicle is never an experience one would relish, dealing with Owings Mills Collision Center certainly made it as close to a desirable experience as possible, given the circumstances. From my initial conversation with Ashley until the completion of the repairs, I could not have asked for more. The facility is convenient and fresh. The rental vehicle they provided was comparable to what I took in for repair and completely hassle free. Most importantly, the damages appear to have been expertly repaired. As such, should you have the misfortune of needing automotive repair, I would strongly recommend Owings Mills Collision Center.

I was extremely pleased with the customer service from this facility. Jake kept me informed every step of the way, and helped to alleviate my concerns with the insurance company. They also arranged for a rental for me which was comparable to my own vehicle. He was engaging and knowledgeable and returned my car to me in pristine condition! It looks brand new and I couldnt be more pleased. I also appreciated the time he took to explain all of his repairs to me, in the same manner in which he talked to my husband, because it made me feel like a valued customer. I recommend this provider to anyone looking for repairs.

Great Place!!! Painless, Easy, & Friendly!!! I was dreading having to deal with my mess... The service is incredible!! Michele, Ashley, Mike, and John are all amazing!!! Ok so having an accident is really stressful, especially when you love your car! This place completely made my experience a lot less stressful. Customer service was amazing! They even held the door for me! Setting up the process for the rental was really smooth as well, and they gave me constant updates on my vehicle without me having to ask. All the staff was friendly and polite. Special shout out to Gary who worked with me throughout the process. I hope dont get in another accident, but if I do I know where to go. If your thinking about where to send your car for collision damage..look no further!
