In 2012 I got into a fender bender and my insurance company somehow had Camden Body and Fender on their list of repair facilities. It was the closest facility to where I lived at the time, so off I went. The state of my car upon return was terrible. They fixed the dents but the interior was a mess and not how I left it. In addition, my iPod was stolen from my glove box. Shame on me for leaving it in the car when I dropped it off but Im not into victim blaming. I called the shop directly to report that my iPod was stolen, but there was no effort to address it or work with me on determining how I left my car in their care with an iPod that was no longer there when I picked the car up. I would not recommend this place to anyone and if I could go back and do everything over I just would have left my car in disrepair. Do not give your business to this terribly unprofessional organization.

TERRIBLE, DISHONEST, THIEVES!! Do not go here to get youre car worked on. They gave me an estimate that was supposed to be FREE that was over 1000 more than the car was actually worth. When I told them I wanted to get a second opinion they told me they wouldnt give me my car back unless I paid them $140. At first it was only 120. They tried to take advantage of me, I felt threatened so I paid got my car and got a new quote for $3000 less. NEVER GO HERE, TRUST ME!!! I called the owner just to be yelled at, I disputed charge with CC company. Well see what happens from there!

I was told that they were waiting in my insurance company to approve additional funds due to costs in excess of the estimate. Three days later I called my insurance company had already been transferred. Camden used the insurance company to excuse the fact that they delayed repair of my vehicle. I 100% do not recommend their service, stay away!

I have been a customer of Camden Body & Fender for over 10 years. I am always given a fair price and the company as a whole exhibits extreme professionalism, reliability, and trust. I highly recommend them 100% and know that when I drop my car off, no matter what state it is in, it always comes back looking like new!
