Had a tire patched then drove and parked our car in the garage. Tire kept leaking so took it back to be told it had something else in the tire. Paid to have fixed a second time and brought it home to be parked in the garage. Yet again it continues to leak down. Had it repaired at another place and they found that both previous repairs were done in the same spot. You got me twice you wont get me again.

I take my cars here exclusively. Paul, Al, and all of the folks here get it done right. Never an issue, and always helpful and courteous. I have been a customer for 8 years...I tried elsewhere once as I thought I could get a better deal...Honesty, integrity, and competence just are not in every shops culture. I came back to Brooks Huff to stay now though. PJN

They matched pricing to retain my business. I found tires that were less than what they charge and I told them I had to take my business elsewhere due to the price difference. Rather than see me walk away, the matched the pricing and took great care of me. BTW...always buy the road hazard plan. Just my two cents.

Paul and his team are the friendliest and most honest group of people that Ive dealt with regarding my car. I know they give me more than fair pricing and are always very friendly and accommodating. Been going there for 14 years and never a complaint!

I got an alignment done on my van. I wasnt 2 miles from the building when my van started pulling even harder than when I first got there. I go back again and they tell me it drives straight as an arrow......DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE

I went in to get my tires balanced, they took my truck back as soon as I arrived and 20 minutes later I was out the door! Prompt service and respectable technicians. I highly recommend this shop.

This place is a complete rip off. Charged me $40 to replace a tail light bulb. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
