I had used HVAB for years and was very happy. BUT in the fall of 2015 HVAB had my truck for over 28 days for some work and I was not happy at all. I was on vacation and I thought that would be a great time for them to make the repairs to my car. I called every week for an update and they assured me every time that everything was going smoothly. A few days before my return I was arranging for a friend to pick up my truck and all of the sudden there wa sa panic, it wouldnt be ready in time. Excuses started, and most of them were somehow my fault??? Delayed due to hail damage they were working on, parts back ordered, they said I didnt tell them when I needed it, and so on. Needless to say I was livid. Somehow they managed to get my truck finished in the nick of time. When I got home the first thing that happened was the running board they replaced immediately bent down to the ground. Of course this was not their fault, it was the re use of the existing clamps that caused the bending???? The pinstripe on the replaced door and the rest of the trick didnt match, one was silver and one was black. The trim on the doors to prevent door dings was black instead of the original white, and it fell off within two weeks. Of course I could bring the truck back in for them to get it right but that would have inconvenienced me even more then I had been, I would have had to get a rental car, etc. when they had 28 days to get it right. Needless to say that the $250 I withheld from them I could use to get it fixed right by another shop that could do it right. I also wanted my car to go to Diamond detail after they were finished with it. I was assured every week that I called that this was not a problem and they would get my truck there. This of course didnt happen because they didnt finish it on time. When I asked if it was still possible they told me that they dont deal with Diamond Detail and it would be a conflict of interest to take my car there. WHAT???? You tell me that after 5 weeks of having my truck??? Bad customer service. I think since I had a been a "good" customer in the past that I would let them slide. NO. To top things off, SIX months later I ran into Bart Jr. at 7-11 one morning. He saw my truck in the parking lot and I saw him "inspect it". Sure enough he stormed back in the store and sought me out. He screamed at the top of his lungs in my face about how I dont take care of my car, its filthy and scratched, how I ripped them off, and I was bad to do business with. The store manager had to ask him to leave. Another customer in the store asked me if I was ok and then said I handled myself very well. Needless to say I will never do business with them again. They are grumpy farts...dont get too comfortable

My family and I have been going to HVAB for almost 20 years now and everything from beginning to end has been nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we bring our cars on the lot, their customer service is always over and beyond. They are always quick and attentive, yet very thorough, patient, and HONEST. Every estimate I receive from Bart and Jason is not only explained in detail, but I have never found another body shop that comes close to their numbers. Needless to say, Ive saved a good amount of money over the years. Most importantly, their attention to detail and workmanship is bordering on artistry. They stand by their work with confidence and work hard to make sure you walk away 100% satisfied. I have and will continue to recommend this FAMILY business as long as the Rommel family is at the helm.

I took in my Volvo for a basic front bumper restoration. I went to a fair amount of shops for estimates, and Hunt Valley Auto Body was towards the lower end of the spectrum. Bart Jr. was able to show me the work he had done on other Volvos, making me more confident in his work. Luckily he was able to squeeze me in for the following week for the job I required. Overall, Hunt Valley Auto Body Craftsmanship is well above what I was expecting. The color matches perfectly to the rest of the vehicle, and the refitting of the front bumper left no uneven gaps or any sort of looseness. I am incredibly meticulous and anal about my car - I will continue to go to Hunt Valley Auto Body for all my bodywork needs, as well as recommend the shop to everyone I know. Hunt Valley Auto Body is not to be overlooked.

Since the early 90s, my family has exclusively used Hunt Valley Auto Body for all of our auto body needs. They are a family run business that likewise treats their customers as family. They are honest, fair and excellent at their craft. Most recently, my wifes minivan was taken out by a huge buck...the rear quarter panel was destroyed along with all associated glass, some electronics and some interior damage. The work was completed ahead of schedule and the vehicle was returned to us looking better than it had in years...thanks to their meticulous work. I highly recommend Hunt Valley Auto Body and often refer them to others given the extensive and fantastic repairs that theyve completed to my familys vehicles over the years.

Hunt Valley Auto Body is amazing! They have worked on a number of my cars over the years. Their service has always been prompt and on time as promised. The staff is competent, professional, reliable, easy to work with. They even touched up some other minor scratches I on my bumper without charging me for it. The team there does a great job going out of their way to give you a world class experience. I was busy with work and Jason actually dropped my car off to me to make things easier. What a nice touch! I will never use another Auto body service and would certainly highly recommend using HVAB next time. AT HVAB they treat every person as a customer, not a number and really took the time to understand my situation.

I have taken my car to these guys for over a decade. My wife also takes her car to them. Giving that my wife and I arent the best drivers we have had to take our cars to them over 15 times in the last few years and every time we leave completely satisfied. Their work is remarkable, swift, and the customer service is top notch. The rates they charge is phenomenal compared to the competition. My car was hit and needed the back fender replaced. The work they did ended up being over $200 less than a quote that I got from a competitor of theirs. We will not take our cars elsewhere and would HIGHLY recommend Hunt Valley Auto Body!

My front bumper was a little bit loose, and I didnt like it the way it was. I first went to a well known guy. He said that I was going to need almost $500 for a new bumper because there is something "wrong" with the existing one. After that I found these people. Hunt Valley Auto Body Inc. I go there, I describe my issue to Mr. Rommel. He goes like: Oh, thats nothing. We just have to tight it up a little bit. No problem at all." All it took was TWO minutes. The bumper was ready to go. Even tighter than it was before. Keep up the good work guys. Thats all I have to say.
