I was in auto accident hitting a big female deer going to work 2:02am.I was hugging leaning forward of looking in front for of the road for improfections/potholes.From the deer surprised impacked jumping in front of my vehicle from the side wooded area,I was thrashed back from the restrain against the seat in a twisted motion.I told the story and the estimated and the front receptionist laughed as the estimate instigated a stand up jokes."oh,You got whiplash by the little old deer!!"out load to the desk lady."The deer did that little damage?"I tried to tell him that luckily the airbag didnt deployed.And that the front tire squealed when I turn left like the alignment is off.The estimated said its driveable and scheduled body repair for 07/24 and then they will look at what all I needed.This was unprofessional conduct comments and reporting with out drive test for my safety in trusted with his word"drivable"

Very unsatisfied with the customer service for this business. My car has been there for six weeks for a minor fender bender with less than 5K worth of damage. They care more about "milking" the insurance company for labor hours then doing a efficient job within a decent time frame. I never have received updates, always have to call and ask the status and its always a new excuse. I guess they believe in only working 9-5. I dont recommend using this auto body shop to anyone going through an insurance claim!!!

My insurance company set me up with this repair shop and couldnt be any happier with the repairs done to my car. I show my vehicle and only one portion was not up to my satisfaction which was fixed the next day within an hour. I highly suggest the shop. They were very professional and have a well organized team from leadership down to the new guy. Repairs were done ahead of schedule and all parts genuine OEM from the factory.

I worked with Jessica to replace a driver side mirror . I thought I was going to have to get a Ford OEM mirror which would be expensive. I also thought the labor would expensive. I was very surprised when Jessica suggested an economical solution that worked. I highly recommend Marlboro Auto Body Inc based on my experience.

The work was awesome! U couldnt even tell there was a dent in the door. I would recommend Marlboro Auto Body to everbody I know. Customer service was excellent. If u ever need any body work done dont hesitate go to Marlboro Auto Body.

I have used this place twice. This past time I had them replace and paint the passenger side door to my husbands car and they did a great job and were professional. Theyre my go to place if I need auto body repair.
