Weve been using Leading Edge for 6 years now, and have had nothing but positive experiences. They cared for our 2001 Corolla and 2002 Subaru before we traded both in; they were reasonable (1/2 to 2/3 the cost of the dealership), changed brakes for less (and closer to the point they actually needed it) than the dealer. They gave me a clear outlook on developing problems with the cars, and when I did my research and sometimes checked prices/diagnosis against our dealers, leading edge was more reasonable and less likely to quote problems that Leading Edge said were not issues. Twice, my dealer did warranty work on a chronic issue, then did not honor fixing work only after a few months. Leading Edge provided pictures of the problem the dealer did not fix properly so I could actually get proper follow-up service from my actual car dealer. When our minivan was severely damaged in a hit and run, we used the body shop and could not be more pleased. They put it back together in the specified time, it ran beautifully, and they resolved the few glitches that came up after (lots of electronics to care for) on the spot. Yanni and Jeff have always been straight up with us. We have referred three friends there who have been happy too. --- Update Jan 2014 - Jeff, Ryan, and Mike are great to work with and continue to take care of our cars. We take our 2008 Sienna there regularly and are very satisfied. ---- Update March 2017 – we continue to leverage leading-edge for repairs for our 2008 Sienna, and they are great to us. Theyre always very upfront about current and developing problems, and they perform the major repair last summer for about 50% of the cost of the Toyota dealership. I couldnt ask for more from a repair shop. I have sent car savvy friends there, and they have come away happy.

I recently came out of a restaurant to find that my sweet little Honda Fit had endured a nasty hit-and-run. The bumper was half-off, the left rear panel was massively dented in -- it was ugly. Id never needed an auto body shop before and I was SUPER anxious about finding a reputable one. Weve all heard horror stories. I am so glad I went to Leading Edge (based on Yelp reviews, actually). Jeff gave me an estimate quickly, worked efficiently with my insurance company adjuster to agree on a price, and answered all of my questions. And even though it was right around Thanksgiving and they were swamped, the work got done efficiently. One thing that really made me feel Id put my car in good hands was while I was in the waiting room getting my estimate, an elderly woman came in and said her brake light was out. She wanted to know when she could schedule a fix and sounded really worried about having to be without her car for a day. Jeff offered to swap out the bulb right then and there if she had a few minutes to spare, for about ten bucks. You just dont see easygoing, friendly customer service like that anymore! Little things like that make me feel good about giving them my business. My good opinion of them was further affirmed when I picked up my car. The repair and paint job look flawless - my baby was back to her old self! The color matching and pin stripe look great (and Im super fussy about that, since the orange pearl color is a big part of what drew me to that car in the first place). I sort of hope I dont need to go back to Leading Edge, since that would mean my car has been knocked around. But if Im ever in that unfortunate position again, I will go back here, no question.

Best mechanic shop EVER!!! The guys at Leading Edge are honest, caring and get the job done right. I have loyally used them dozens of times for multiple vehicles over the last 9 years and have routinely been treated with respect and a high level of professionalism. Ryan, the customer service guru is always friendly and helpful at setting up appointments or relaying information about your vehicles timeline. He has made my time spent at Leading Edge seamless. Mike knows more about vehicle parts than Manny, Moe and Jack combined. Seriously, if you want to know what the part number is on a fuel pump for a 1961 Chevy Corvair, then Mike is your guy, lol. Jeff, the owner is a stand up guy and will always have your best interest at heart. It was my first interaction with Jeff that made me want to come back to this shop. I was confident that they were being straight and honest with me and they had my best interest at heart. I have recommended LE to many of my friends and family and they have all been satisfied as well. Unfortunately (and fortunately) for us, we just moved out of state and will no longer be using the top notch service at LE. Thanks Jeff, Mike, Ryan and team for all the excellent service over the years. Our cars will miss you!

I would recommend Leading Edge to anyone without reservation. As a single woman who knows little to nothing about cars, I have found that dealerships and other repair shops are constantly trying to shake me down for imaginary mechanical failures that will supposedly make my car blow up unless I cough up a lot of money on the spot. The last time that happened, I took my car to Leading Edge to get a second opinion, and was given a diagnosis that included a respectful (not condescending) explanation about what the problem was -- that it was a minor issue I should keep an eye on but something that did not require any immediate “repair” costing several thousand dollars. In addition to that, I have had body work done here on the same car twice in six years, and both times these guys did an awesome job at a fair price. They also dealt directly with the insurance companies and saved me a lot of time and aggravation. These guys really seem to know everything there is to know about cars. But I think LEs best attribute is that the employees who work here are honest, respectful, have a great sense of pride about what they do and, when it comes down to it, really want to help people.

Great guys who have serviced my 2 cars for the last year. Their prices are great, they are very informative and have often told me to not fix stuff that is not worth it and are honest and have even recommended that I sell or trade in one of my cars and get a new car rather than fixing it. Ryan has been awesome in that he is very knowledgeable and even dropped me off and picked me up from work when my car was in the shop. The crazy thing is that they have not charged me ANYTHING for three car inspection even when I opted to not get the car fixed. They even fixed a flat tire and the engine under guard that got ripped off from a parking spot concrete thing for FREE. the only thing is that they are very busy so I highly recommend you call for an appointment at least a few days or week in Adana even. One last thing, they have a free PAC man and other retro cobsole you can play for free while waiting on your car LOL. Overall, I love that shop as the guys are awesome in that they are friendly, extremely knowledgeable and HONEST. Unfortunately I am moving away from town and will have to find a new shop. They are the business I will miss most when leaving Baltimore.
