Everyone was very nice, they always are, but they wont or cant do a d@#$n thing for you if your car has a problem that should be under warranty. Three months after I got a car from them, The signal lights stopped functioning. Not under warranty. At the same time the flashers didnt work anymore. Guess what? Not under warranty! They were nice about telling me that they could do nothing about it, wanting to charge over $200 to diagnose and maybe fix those issues. But in three months? Come on! I should have realized the 1st week I had it, when the engine light was on. I took it in to be diagnosed and I got a song & dance write up about it being checked out, the part was supposed to come in but never did. The battery died in November, about 7 months after I bought the car (dont let me forget about that. TO BE FAIR, they were lenient, letting me stretch my payments out when I got sick, but I was paying on a bucket of bolts so why pay for something that wasnt safe to drive? They were nice to take the car back and not charge me for it. I have instructed my friends & family to slap me upside the head if I talk about buying another car from them. Ill be impressed if they post this.

I have a brand new 2016 took it to f&m to get a inspection for uber. When I got my keys back the they were trying to glue my arm rest back together. They told me that the arm rest was broken when the girl got in to take it to get inspected. I told them this was unacceptable. The owner Mark told me that they were going to fix with epoxy. I said the car is only a month old and they should replace the arm rest. I refused to let them work on my car again. It unfortunate that I had always felt that when a auto shop breaks a part they should let the customer know. They wanted to fix my car and not say anything to me. This speeds to the integrity of this auto shop. They blamed me for the broken arm.yes try offers to epoxy it back together but the dont excuse the fact that they broke my are still and did not want to replace the broken piece on the arm rest. I would nut trust these people with my car ever again.

I had a nail in my tire ,it was getting late & the service department was about to close, but they took the time to fix my tire, make me feel welcome even though i knew it was time for them to leave and also offered a free beverage while i waited. Also theres a great new dollar store across the way. I would highly recommend their shop. Great service goes a long way. Thanks again.

I took my car to mineke on paptapso the mechanic brought a paperclip out and said who ever did this wanted you to come back. When I got my oil changed there they did a messy job my car was smoking when I got it back it was smoking they spilled the oil everywhere then gave me a car wash which it didnt get the oil off my car is white and I have there finger print stains

I get my ignition interlock monitored there and get all of my car repairs fixed there. Both nicoles are the most competent and friendliest office managers i have ever dealt with. Those girls need a raise!!!! I will always go back to F & M for all of my automotive needs.

F & M is the worst schedule and appointment last week to get a state inspection done. I arrived on time. I advise the clerk I had an appointment she called other locations to see if they could giive me an inspection. TH]hen she said ANOTHER place can do it Tuesday. I left
