I have always taken my car to this shop the most recent amount I spent is $1600 to get my Toyota Matrix fenders,hood panel,headlamps and chassis straightened . After all of that was done ,I used car during last days of winter then came summer which with more rains .I discovered water accumulating on passenger floors after it rains I took it back to this shop so it could be looked at and they hurriedly ran a glue and sucked up the water and I left .Problem persisted and I brought it back hoping to sort out the problem and get it fixed permanently .The tech at work uncoupled a few parts and identified there was a problem with the drain system.And asked if I could drop off the. At and pick it up later.I said no I need the car for work he can couple it back and when I creat time I will come back.I was asked to pay $80 for work done on vehicle and when I protested I was chased off and told never to return.That was a great customer service attitude !!!
