Been there on 2 occasions, and on both instances, the older sales person at the front tried to tack on extra charges. When I asked him why they were on there, his body language resembled a snake and said "oh, I dont know, Ill take them off." The mechanics did a fine job on my vehicles, but the old snake behind the counter will never receive my business again. Shady tactics. If I were an attorney I would look into it. But I dont have time or money. Go elsewhere.
