My experience with Auto Haus of Yorktown. We were looking for an SUV and we had a price range set for what we wanted. We met with Tim, hands down an awesome guy to deal with. He is not pushy, he walked us through every vehicle we wanted to look at and even took us to the garage to see one that was going through its inspection (recent trade in). His professionalism and honesty was what brought me back. I travelled to Richmond and contemplated driving up to Maryland and North Carolina for vehicles with the same features as the one Auto Haus had. These other locations may have been a little cheaper, but it would have been a three hour drive one way for a few hundred dollars? We ended up going back to drive Auto Hauss vehicle again. And we still couldnt agree on what I was willing to budget. But then, we decided to trade in my old car which they surprised me for the trade in value, which put the numbers in order and it aligned perfectly on budget. Tim is a polite, honest, and just all around good to deal with salesman! Austin, came out to personally talk to me and was a really cool guy....(and if you read this Austin, give me a call if you need help turning some wrenches on airplanes). And Dale is the finance guy that was able to play with some numbers to give us the best rate for the portion we financed, and gave us honest feedback on coverages we could choose to add on the vehicle. He is a retired vet, and from one vet to another thank you for your service! Overall, after about a month of looking around and loads of research on the vehicle we were looking at, Auto Haus came out on top. Also, their customer service, professionalism, and just overall experience was what made me want to work a deal with Tim. If you are looking for a car, do your research, compare online with other vehicles, and you will realize they usually are pretty accurate and fair on prices. They will work with you on price, but you wont get them to budge too far as they are already priced to sell. I hope this helps you in your car buying decisions, but in my experience, the crew at Auto Haus was two thumbs up! Mike

Where do I begin? The first time I took my Range Rover here was for an oil change. I had recently moved to the area and needed a good shop to service my vehicles. Dropped the car off got a loaner zero hassle. I picked my car up the next day and when I got it home I noticed significant damage to my passengers side running board. I returned to the service dept. and initially they denied any fault. But after further investigation the service manager (Greg or Gary) concluded that they had indeed caused the damage ordered new parts and replaced the running board. (Sounds great right) well fast forward a few months and my truck wont shift ;( so I have it towed in as it was still under warranty coverage. They diagnosed the problem, I approve the work and several days pass with no communication. So I call and Im told the warranty company is to blame for the delay....so I called them only to find out that the service writer tried to inflate the price of a $4500 part by an additional $2000, so the warranty company opted to purchase the parts themselves and have it shipped to them thus the delay. Not happy but car gets fixed. Now about 8*10 months later my window starts to not go up and down smoothly no problem car is still covered take it in again they diagnose, I approve parts get ordered, no big deal. But then after a few days I get a call saying they put my trucks suspension in service mode ( air suspension lowered to its lowest point) to work on it and now the air compressor cant re-inflate the suspension because of the load. A new one installed will be $1100+ and you have to pay for it?????? I refused and was told okay well just push it outside until you come get it or make a decision on the repairs. Obviously I want my truck so begrudgingly I PAY. Only to get there after its ready for pickup to discover they again broke something and didnt tell me (the door to the console fridge) this time no admission of guilt or acceptance of liability just excuses and denials..............Anyone know a good Lawyer????

Simply the "Best of the Best" at Auto Haus ! I was looking around for my daughters first car. All other used vehicles that I saw before visiting Auto Haus on a Saturday morning, were not safe and in very bad shape. My son helped me doing some Internet research in Williamsburg, found out that at Auto Haus they count with a good variety of used cars. First we met Rafaello Cruz at the Williamsburg location, "Raffy" found out the exact vehicle I was looking for my daughter, a nice 2004 Volvo S60 Sedan 4 door. He suggested that we could have a "drive test" at their York Town shop. There we met Chai Douanglee, who received us with a big smile. Chai was very professional, showed us up the pros of owning a Volvo plus all the maintenance history of the car. Finally when I decided to buy the car, I had the pleasure to meet Mr. Dale Mang, he make my life so much easy. In a few minutes he had all the paperwork, license plates and approved credit with the bank I asked him for. I couldnt expect less from a fine Import cars dealer. You dont have to feel bad for not shopping a Porsche or the newest BMW or Audi. At Auto Haus all their employees work for you and treat you with honesty and respect. Last but not least the Service Department, is well known in the area to have the expertise for fixing your Import and recently added service for Lexus, Honda and Toyotas. I wish the best to everyone at Auto Haus, keep on the good work for having us keep on pushing the "Pedal to the Metal" !

On Friday (2/3/2017), I called to ask about a car that Autohaus had in online ads. I live in Pennsylvania and the car was at the Autohaus Yorktown, VA location. I was connected to Chai Douanglee who worked several hours answering all of my questions about the condition of the car, sending me text pictures of specific areas I wanted to see, researching the service history that was available on the car and proposing my offer to his manager. We agreed to terms and I told him that I would like to pick up the car on the following day, Saturday. I took an early train to Williamsburg where Chai had someone from the dealership pick me up and bring me to Yorktown Autohaus. The car was impeccably prepared for delivery. Chai gave me time to examine the car in my own time frame and then suggested a route for my test drive. Everything was as I had been told. Diana in the finance office had all of the papers ready and waiting for an out of state purchase. With all of their attention and efficiency, I was able to leave the dealership early Saturday afternoon, which was less than 24 hours from my initial contact. I was home in Pennsylvania by 10pm. I even received a text from Chai asking if I had gotten home safely! I have owned over 35 cars in my 46 years of driving and this was the most pleasant and efficient buying experience I have ever had. I told Chai to expect my calls every year or two, because I tend to change cars often and have no desire to deal elsewhere.
