Horrible Body Shop. Back in March 2015 I was in an accident. I took my 2009 Buick LaCrosse to Holiday as per my insurance company. I got the vehicle back 5 days later, only to find out that my horn hadnt been replaced. I didnt even get off the lot, I parked it in the spot I had got if from and stormed into the office. The woman who was in the office at that time picked up the phone as she saw me storming in and proceeded to act as if I wasnt there and as if she was speaking to someone. Her co-worker came and and asked me the what issue was, then assured me it would be fixed. When I got home the same woman whom ignored me called me and left a message on my phone claiming my Buick Lucerne was fine and the horn was working. Yes they checked the wrong vehicle. I was so happy to have it back after 8 days I didnt check the worksmanship at all. Fast foward to early October and as I was working on my vehicle I find out that I had two plastic flaps hanging down from my bumper. The bumper was also improperly aligned along with the hood and passenger side quarter panel. I called my insurance and filed a claim with the claims administrator. It took 3 weeks to hear back but the claims admin told me to take it back and body shop manager would look over everything and fix it for me. The manager of the body shop looked under my car, informed me that all the plastic fasteners were gone and pointed out some small scratches and accused me of hooking my bumper on a curb and popping all the fasteners lose, and that this also caused the bumper to be misaligned. That doesnt explain the hood and front left quarter panel. I took the weekend to think about it even after telling Holiday I would let them fix it, and on the following Monday I called my insurance and told them Id be taking it somewhere else. I called the claims admin to inform him of my decision, he then told me that the same body shop manager I had spoken too told him I had caused the damage to the vehicle by hooking it on a curb and there were giant gashes under my bumper, and if I took it somewhere else it may be treated as a separate accident and I may be responsible for a separate deductible which could cause my rates to go up AGAIN. After talking for a few more minutes he told me to take to the next body shop in the network and they would contact him with their findings. This dealership took pictures of all the misaligned panels and the underside of my bumper. They then took it to the manager of that shop and told me I would be contacted by my insurance. Another claims admin contacted me, stating he was higher up than the last one I had dealt with and that I should take my car back in ASAP and have the work corrected by the second body shop. He also said from the pictures he saw I only had road rash on my bumper and agreed that if I had hooked the bumper there would be a lot more damage than a few small scratches. Im dropping it off at Suttle Cadillac here in a few hours, so hopefully this headache is over and done with. This hasnt been my first incident with this body shop. In the fall of 2013 someone backed into my car and left a gash in the bumper. This same dealership painted over it in one spot and didnt fill the gash back in. I had to take it back and have it corrected. Stay the hell away from this body shop. Poor quality work and if you point it out to them they will be dishonest as can be, blame you or make excuses to shift blame away from them. I will never be returning.

Horrible body shop and crooked service department. About 2 years ago, I made the mistake of bringing my car to the body shop here for work covered by the insurance of someone who hit me. As I live nearby, I thought it would be convenient. Wrong. They were beyond slow completing my repairs (new bumper, headlight, and paint), had horrible communication and service, and the quality of work was unacceptable. They asked me to drop off the car on a specific day. I did so, and then saw my car sitting in their lot for the next 3 day before they began working on it. I would call and call over the period of a week and they not once could tell me the current status of my car or an estimate of when it would be finished. They were always rude and unprofessional. When I finally got my car back, you could see drips and runs in the paint from 5 feet away. I could have done better paint work myself in my driveway with a can of Krylon. The hood wasnt properly aligned. They had installed a new headlight in one side, but not even bothered to take 5 minutes to clean and polish the one on the other side to make them match whatsoever. The care was not washed or cleaned at all and was dirtier inside than when I dropped it off. I may not have paid anything for the repairs, but the other parties insurance got dinged for nearly $4000. The only reason I accepted the car the way it was that it was a beater that was already mostly in poor shape and only worth about as much as they billed for the repairs, and I was leaving the country too soon after to hassle with it anymore at the time. More recently, one of the sailors under my command transferred from another state and needed a VA inspection to register his car here. They said they found something wrong with his emergency brake (it worked fine, but must have not met standards for the state inspection), gave him almost no description of what was wrong, and quoted him more than $600 to fix it. Luckily he talked to me before letting them do the work. I told him that was an insane amount of money, especially when the brake worked and could only possibly need a cheap part and adjustment. He went elsewhere and got the problem fixed for less than $200 while he waited.

Havent even had service done on my truck yet because apparently they either think theyre too good to take in new customers or operate their "request an appointment" tab on their website. Its also possible theyre highly incompetent because upon calling to folow up, they had no idea what I was talking about as far as the website and it almost felt like I had to explain what a truck was to these wastes of oxygen. Looking at past reviews, the "misunderstandings" are probably a combination of both - overly cocky and ignorant staff. The only satisfaction from this place is NOT using their services. (=

I had an appointment to have my car fixed in the body shop. Betty and Durwood (her husband) did not communicate and as a result, they were not prepared for my appointment. Instead of apologizing and attempting to correct their mistake, Betty was rude and unprofessional. She argued with me, refused to work on my car and hung up on me. I will gladly take my business to another dealership that knows how to treat their customers and suggest that anyone reading these reviews in search of a dealership not waste their time with Holiday.
