The staff and process at Sullivans Auto Body has been more than positive. Dealing with Sullivans took a negative situation such as a car accident and turned it into a positive. Everyone we encountered was kind, courteous, informative and professional. The email updates and photos provided the reassurance that our satisfaction was a priority and that our car was receiving the utmost care, in a timely fashion. They assisted us with the rental car there on-site, pick-up and return. We were in constant communication and they finished and returned the car right on schedule. Sullivans did an awesome job and went the extra mile to make sure the repair work was done right. From the prep work, to the actual paint work and post polish work they went the whole 9 yards to ensure a top-notch repair. While I hope I dont have a need, I would certainly use them again if the need arose and would recommend them to others.

The reason you usually end up at an auto body place is because you are going through a traumatic experience with your primary source of transportation. When I came here they made the process as simple and painless as possible. They did all the interfacing with the insurance companies, arranged for my rental car (even had it brought to the body shop when I dropped off my car), kept me informed all during the process (including sending photos), returned my rental, and adapted to my goofy work schedule. Then, on top of all that great service, the work they did to repair my car was fantastic. It was done on time and looked great. I had a small problem develop about 6 months after the repair (a part issue, not workmanship) and they immediately ordered the replacement part and got me into the shop to replace the faulty part. You couldnt ask for better service.

After an accident the last thing you want to deal with is the headache of getting your vehicle fixed. Progressive sent me to Sullivan Auto Body in Sunderland and that was the best decision! I have nothing bad to say AT ALL. The staff took care of all my needs and their customer service was outstanding. They took care of everything for my vehicle through my insurance company. They were very informative as far letting me know when my vehicle was going to be completed. They even gave my 2 year old an ice pop while we waited! Overall, very nice group of people with outstanding customer service skills. When I went to pick up my vehicle, it looked like it was fresh off the dealers lot! One of the employees even put my daughters car seat back in my car for me. ABOVE AND BEYOND!! I would recommend this place to anyone!

These people know how to do more than just a great job on making accident damage go away! Ive been backed into twice at the local post office (needless to say I wont be parking there anymore) and each time, from start to finish, the folks at Sullivans Auto Body have made the process of dealing with insurance companies and getting a vehicle repaired as painless as it can be. The customer service is stellar, communication excellent and the repairs scheduled and completed in a professional and timely manner. They should put the staff at Sullivans in charge of the Health Care Exchange!! Thanks to everyone from the front office to the guys in the shop…you are what every business should be!

I had a run in with a deer. I had just made payment #2 on my new car. The shop did a great job. Because I had special headlights, there were some problems getting the headlight programmed correctly, but Sullivans wanted to make sure it was perfect before I got it back so it took a few extra days. When I picked it up, it looked and performed just like it did before the accident. If I ever need body work again, I will definitely go back. I would recommend them to everyone. The staff was great to work with and they kept me informed as to the status of my repairs. They have great customer service!

Ive used Sullivans twice for body work. Both times, they set up the rental car and had it waiting for me when I got there to drop off my vehicle. That is very convenient. The body work looks good and you cant really even tell that there had been any damage to the car. They went above and beyond when I had a slight problem with the rental car. I overheard them on the phone with the rental car company as I was leaving, telling the company the problem and letting them know that it was not okay. Very impressed, as it was not their fault.

I took my car to a Caliber Collison in Clinton and they were terrible! I took my BMW X3 to this location and Mark the manager was amazing from the beginning! He found things wrong with my vehicle that the other shop failed to tell me or fix. The team here was very professional, clean and they take pride in their work. It took longer than expected and that was because they were very meticulous with repairing my vehicle. I would recommend this shop a billion times over and over. These people are absolutely perfectionist!

I had one of the bet experiences ever at Sullivans! They did a awesome job on my car and the staff was very pleseant and kept me up to date to let me know the progress of the car. This shop is by far the best. When I went to pick my car up something had broken on the inside of my car and they kept it for a few more days and paid to have it replaced, as well as the rental. And the detailing of the car afterwards was good too. By far 5 stars.....the best shop in Calvert County!

This is the third time I have used their services over the last 10 + years. They have been great at keeping me updated on the repairs, and when the car will be ready to pick up ! The paint NEVER faded, cracked, peeled, still the same color as the rest of the car. Very friendly, and courteous, handled insurance, all I had to do was drop car off and pick it up! They even cleaned the inside ! Will go back if I need body work again !!!!

Sullivans auto body crew are a great set of folks, very friendly and so easy to work with. This the second time that they have done work for me on my vehicles and I could not be happier. Vince and Jackie took care of all of the details. They repaired my truck while I was on vacation and kept it safe and sound and looking brand new while I was away. Ya cant ask for any better service. This was my first time using Sullivans Auto Body Repair Shop and my experience was far more than I expected. The customer service and auto body knowledge from Jackie and Tim was excellent. Sullivans made the transition between me, Nationwide and the rental car company very smooth. Great work on my car and a nice detail job after the repairs. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for auto body repairs.
