***BEWARE ALL POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS*** This is my first review that I have ever written, however I never felt so compelled to write a review to advise, and warn anyone who is considering taking their car to this unscrupulous place to not. My horrible experience began when I took my car (2010 Honda Accord 1225, 000miles) for a regular maintenance check. The worst mistake that I ever made. When I first walked in around 4pm I noticed that I was the only customer. Instead of being greeted I was told to have a seat and that someone would be with me shortly. He then walked to the back leaving no one to attend the counter. I waited for 15 min for someone to assist me, meanwhile there were 4 different employees walking to the counter of the store and then back to shop. Just when I was about to lose my patience I was given a wave to approach the counter by Todd, who did not make eye contact with me until he gave me the price of what it would cost for them to do a basic maintenance check of $85.00. I thought that the price was a bit high, but Todd assured me that they would top off all my fluids at no extra charge. Luckily, while I was waiting to get serviced, I looked at their website to see what entailed in their basic preventative maintenance service, and topping off my fluids was included in the service. When I showed Todd he just agreed with a blank stare. Clearly he definitely was not doing me any favors and I should of ran out of there, however I was giving him the benefit of the doubt. So I agreed and asked how long it would take for them to complete the maintenance. He said about 1hr 1/2. I was there for a 2hr 1/2 when I was then signaled by Dough that my car was ready. He gave me the bill of $285.00, needless to say that I was shocked and asked him why my bill was so high, he then told me to wait and he will get Todd. I was livid, Todd came out and said that they had to put in a new battery, completely drain my oil because it was "old" and replace it with 6 quarts of synthetic motor oil. I then pointed out what the miscellaneous charge of $75.00 was for; he then began telling me things that were done to my car that I did not authorize. I demanded to speak with the manager and to my horror it was Todd, the most unprofessional, and dishonest manager that I have ever come in contact with. I then asked to speak with the owner, and Todd said to wait. After another 15 min wait I was approached by Dino Granando. I asked him if he was the owner and he said that he was. I then told him that I was not going to pay this bogus inflated bill for services that I did not authorize. After about 30 min and with threatening to call the police he then agreed with me paying only $85.00. What a complete waste of my afternoon. This Auto Repair/Tire shop should be shut down. I found out that most of the employees there are not certified mechanics, and that the business has been a reputation for conducting unethical, and dishonest business etiquette. Therefore, If you are ever in need of Auto service take your car someplace else. Im giving this business 1 star, and only because its the lowest option, however if there were a zero, then you better believe that it would be!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE IF YOU DONT HAVE A BACKUP I made an appointment to bring my car in on a Friday at 7am to have my clutch replaced. I dropped the car off on Thursday night before they closed since it would be easier for me to get a ride back home. Upon dropping my car off, the guy at the desk said that it would possibly take Friday and Saturday to do the job because it is a longer job, but should not take any longer than Saturday. Ok fine, I dont need my car until Sunday because I have a game. Well, they call me Saturday mid-day to tell me that they still have not started on my car and that it will be started and finished on Monday. I found a ride to my game Sunday assuming that the work would be done on Monday and I could survive one more day without my car. I need my car for the following Monday evening. I call around Monday 1100 to find out the status of my car and it has still not been touched the following morning. I told them that I dont want them to start the work because I need the car and that I will come pick it up being that I absolutely have to have my car for this week, I went and picked it up because it has been sitting in their lot for 3 work days now without getting touched. Then when I get their, the mechanic working at the desk has the nerve to tell me that they couldve started and finished the job today before they closed, yet failed to tell me this when I called them on the phone earlier that day. Needless to say I will never be taking my car here again. And to finish the review off, the customer service is absolutely awful, employees are rude and unhelpful. Do not take your car there unless you are getting simple work such as an oil change or an alignment.

Took my care there because it wouldnt start. Im not even a mechanic and I know the issue was bigger than just replacing the fuse. So my fuse was replaced never was shown the old one. A few minutes later car still didnt accelerate and I got stuck going up a hill which was very dangerous. Oh I forgot to mention my passenger side windshield got cracked while being there. When I called to tell them they said my car never was in the "bay". I said sir you do realize I came to see my truck sitting in the garage. He then changed his story and never fixed his lie LOL. Charged me for diagnostic and a fuse. Asked to bring it back. I asked him would you take your car back to a place that "fixed" your issue and cracked your windshield. He begins to talk and pretty much repeated bring it in. PLEASE DONT GO HERE!!!!! Im new to the area and have completely scratched this place off of doing anything for a car.

Called here to get a price on a road force tire balance and was quoted a price. Made an appointment and arrived 10 minutes early and was asked if they could help me. Told them I had a tire out of balance and thought it was one of the back ones so one of the guys at the counter asked my name and the other guy said oh yea I took that appointment. It will be $24 a tire and the other guy says oh no its $40 dollars a tire for that type of balance. We discussed tire size and type of balance that morning when I made the appointment. Well there is no doubt that one fellow was trying to scam me while the other fellow was honest. Needless to say I didnt spend $80 bucks to balance two tires. Id advise people to avoid this place at all costs. I was only visiting the area so maybe they just try to take advantage of people that arent local.
