Excellent! I have used this company many times over the years but recently had to use them twice in a 3 week period (Major hail damage on one car and paint damage from a sunroof exploding on another). Always quality repair and on top of that GREAT customer service, which I find hard to come by these days. Tanya really knows how to take care of the customer and is always so cheerful, smiling and on top of her game (even in sticky situations) and on top of it all ... knows her stuff! After having to deal with Mazda and their horrible customer service over the past 5 months when my daughters sunroof exploded on her brand new car it was refreshing to see that the customer can be treated with respect and a smile and get quality work on top of it all. Thanks Chesapeake Collision - you are very much appreciated!

This is the best auto body shop I have ever used! The quality of their work is excellent, and the customer service superb!!! They were in constant contact with me regarding repairs.They helped me with my insurance company and the car rental from the time I set up the appointment until I picked up my vehicle, they even set up the return of the rental. They were helpful, courteous, friendly and professional. I do have to say a special thank you to Tanya & Vince, they went above and beyond and I truly appreciate all their help! I would and will recommend their services to all!! They made the whole experience not only tolerable (like you would expect), but pleasant and actually great!!! Thanks again to all of them for their great work & excellent service!!!!

I took in my 2002 Honda Civic for repairs after an accident. I was immediately helped out by Tania and Pete at the reception area. They explained in detail the procedures for the repairs, timing, etc. They also called several times to the car rental office for them to pick me up. For the following 2 days I was kept informed by the office staff of the progress on the repairs. The repairs were completed within 3 days and the quality of the work was outstanding. Pete explained very clearly the follow up and care as it relates to car washes. Tania took care of having the rental car picked so I would not have to worry about it. An outstanding team. Joel

Very polite, friendly and accommodating staff. They stayed late on a Friday late to help me pick up my Prius! Their work was very well done, good quality and my car only took 5 days to get fixed. Im literally trying to find reasons to take my car there but I drive Prius and theres really no amount of body work that can make that car cool. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing a repair for their car that was in an accident, or for those that dont drive a Prius and want work done to their car.

Ive taken a couple of vehicles to Chesapeake Collision (unfortunately) and have been very satisfied with the quality of work, price, and turnaround time. Pete took time to thoroughly look over my vehicle and explained what he would do to save me money. When I did get my vehicle back, it was washed, waxed, and vacuumed... something I did not expect, but appreciated! Great job... as usual!

They are fantastic and will always get our business! The high winds blew my husbands door on his pickup truck and it broke. He had to get to work, he stopped by Chesapeake Collision and one of the Techs fixed it so Hubby could get to his job. Well definitely be bringing our truck and any vehicles to them!
