I have never dealt with some type of discrimination until today. I walked into the barbershop thinking I was getting a regular shape up. I heard of this place closer and decided to try it out because a barber I use to go to go to works there.As soon as I walked in a older Caucasian male asked what I was there for. I instructed him that I wanted a haircut. He then told me that it was a mans barbershop, where I replied I know. I was about to sit down when he told me theres shops on top of davids natural market that better suits my hair type. At that point I was appalled that somewhere that is there to cater to the community turned me away because my hair type that he couldnt see because I had on a hat. Barbershops came from people of my race, and I know clippers work the same way in any hair. If he was not comfortable with my hair type then there was a way more professional way to go about it. I will never instruct anyone to visit this place, or waste my time there again. Either staff accordingly or change the name from a barbershop!!

Very patient and good with my one-year-old. You can tell by the number of photos on his wall he has a lot of experience with giving kids haircuts.
