Went there twice. First time was a good experience, was very satisfied with the service and the haircut. The second time however, was very disappointing. The shop seems to be a first come-first serve style of business. I waited while there were 2 people ahead of me, and after that became increasingly irritated as it seemed others were being taken that had come in after me. Not one person working in the shop looked at me, let alone spoke to me. After a woman who came in with 3 small, loud children that was immediately taken and I was once again passed over, I left. I called and let them know that their customer service and management skills need some serious improvement. Everyone working there should at least acknowledge the customers presence when they come through the door; despite how busy it may be.

I must say, the place is very clean and professional. I did enjoy the service. The haircut I got was okay: the right side is a little short than the left side of my face and the front of my head is a tad shaky. Im very picky with my hair, so I took that notice pretty seriously. If the haircut has met my standards, I wouldve given a great tip, and they wouldve had a new and consistent client. Nevertheless the haircut I got was fine. It wasnt the best (Ive had better barbers before but I wanted to give that barbershop a chance) but it was fair enough. For fifteen dollars, I believe other clients will feel okay to get their haircuts there, especially for their friendly service and their exceptional price!

Clean shop, good barbers and decent prices. Best to go on a weekday. Carlos does appointments online but Fridays and weekends you can be made to wait a long time sometimes even after you book an appointment.
