Matt was super. He showed up here to un-winterize the water system at our property and had things up an running in just over an hour. He also lined up another C.A. Matthews employee, out of your Cambridge office, to come out later today to help get our Geothermal back up and running as we are having family for the Easter holiday. He possessed a high-level of professionalism, which I have found to be a rare trait these days.

Nester diagnosed that our AC Unit had a Freon Leak and that he had to order a replacement part from the manufacturer. The unit was delivered within a couple of days and an installation crew replaced it and they got our AC up and running within a couple of hours.
