Our experience with Lapp Electric was completely positive. The technicians they sent to our home were professional in their deportment and conscientious in their work. They answered all of our questions and explained the issue in a way we could understand. They coordinated with the inspector and the power company. They explained all the scenarios so we were not taken by surprise when the electrical panel needed to be replaced. They had already told us that was a possibility from the beginning. We will use Lapp Electric for all our electrical needs in the future.

Just got off the phone with Lapp in an attempt to get an estimate on repairing a light fixture (48 inch T12 Fluorescent ceiling fixture from which a plastic end tab had broken). The service manager couldnt be bothered to talk to me which needless to say left me with a negative experience with this business. I will neither call them again nor recommend them to my friends or neighbors because customer service matters.
