We came home to find our heat pump had broken. Brubaker tech diagnosed it as needing a part which had to be ordered and job totalled more than $500. Since they werent able to tell me when the part might arrive, another company came today, replaced a burnt out wire and heat was up and going in less than 30 minutes and less than $100.

Fool me once shame on you; Fool me twice shame on me. Brubakers plumbing service unclogged my home sewer line for $528 (once a fool). When I had the same problem again, I asked for a quote ...$528 again. Called another company and they charged me $192. Brubakers shame on you. Dont be a fool get a quote from someone else.

Between having a self righteous plumber who criticised the brand of water heater, that brubakers themselves installed, and an electrician who quoted $400 to install a couple of light switches, I am thoroughly dissatisfied with my experience.

I spent over $100k for a HVAC system for my business and it leaks water. I call and they do nothing. They simply dont care. Keep shopping. They used to be much better but in 20 years they have gone from good to horrible.
