Upon trying to decide whether or not to purchase a home stand by generator, I contacted Gault Electric. From the first phone to office I feel they were nothing but professional honest and sincere. I took advantage of their free, in home, no obligation estimate and was very pleased with the Senior Estimator Kevin, who is also a Master Electrician, not just a salesman. He listened very well to our needs then provided us with a realistic, budget oriented, needs based estimate. After considering myself just looking for a generator, my mind was changed after the estimate. We chose to have Gault Electric provide us with and install a generator and could not be happier. The installation process was seemless, we were informed of all aspects of the work as it was being completed and my wife was extremely confortable with the crew completing the work. I feel that there is no better contractor to handle any electrical needs. From start to finish everyone I dealt with at Gault Electric was professional, well knowledgeable and most inmportantly honest and sincere. We will recommend Gault Electric to anyone looking to have electrical work completed. While they were not the cheapest contractor we spoke to regarding this project, the value they offer by being experts at what they do was priceless to my wife and I ! Great Job Guys and Thank You.

We recently wanted a ceiling fan installed in our master bedroom and were referred to Gault Electric. They promptly and professionally did a free estimate in our home and gave us a fair price. We were so pleased with their quick service! Every member of their team was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. When our ceiling fan light suddenly went off, we called them back and they were very flexible to help troubleshoot the problem. It turned out our ceiling fan remote (which we supplied, not them) was faulty. After we bought a new remote they reinstalled the fan at no charge. They were more than willing to help us out and provide extremely fast service. I would recommend Gault Electric for any of your household electrical needs!

When we retired and moved to the area, the house we purchased had multiple minor electrical problems, needed new panel, ceiling fans, power to the pier, etc.. Was referred to Gault Electric by a friend. We were surprised at how prompt, professional and friendly the service was and how concerned they were that we were satisfied. Last year, we had Gault install a generator that powers the whole house. The price was excellent and they took care of everything from the permits to the test run in only a few days. The maintenance program is automatic and provides peace of mind. We were impressed by the personal followup by the owner. Overall, weve never had a better experience with a contractor.

Brett came out to give us an estimate on new lighting for our kitchen. When we had questions he came out again. Both times he was professional, friendly and willing to answer all our questions. We decided to have Gault do the installation and Paul came out, on time, and did a beautiful job. He was friendly and polite throughout the process. Gualt Electric was a contractor assigned by First American Warranty so I didnt select them but they were assigned to me. I had an appointment scheduled from 8-10 AM. They did call to say they would be there by 12 - but then they showed up at 2pm!! When I called to complain - the Owner or Manager was rude, disrespectful and then hung up on me when I told him I was going to file a complaint with the warranty company. If they are assigned to you - ask for another contractor!!

we chose Gault Electric the best of 5 interviews to install a standby generator, They gave us an estimate that was fair and complete, we hired them to do the job and in two days the job was complete, they took care of everything, the quality of work was exceptional, even the county inspector mentioned he never had a problem with any of Gault Electrics inspections, thanks to Mike Gault and his crew for a job well done, we will use them in the future for other jobs

Started off really well. They had done work for me and my relatives in the past. Been waiting 7 weeks for some simple trim rings that i could have gotten shipped in 2 days. kept calling and getting the same ol story that they were on back order. Cant get the sales person to answer any emails. When i threatened to cancel their contract and do a deduct, they got me on the schedule to finish. I will not recommend them from now on. What a shame.

Gault Electric broke our new outdoor light on July 29, 2016 and promised to replace it right away. We have called them at least 6 times now and we get the same excuse. "The part was back ordered, or the part was shipped and lost or the part needs to be picked up at UPS". The light was broken by Gault Electric on July 29, 2016 and it is now September 8, 2016 and, it is STILL broken!!!!

Dave McIntire and helper from Gault Electric came to install our new Kitchen Aid double convection oven we purchased at Lowes. They were able to pull out the old doubke oven and install the new one in 45 minutes without any problems or cutting. I appreciate their professionalism and quality work and would call on them again. Even though the electrician was nice and did the job, the price per hour is BEYOND anything reasonable. He even tried to charge us $5 gas fee and the company is 5 mins from my house. Buyer beware.
