A couple of weeks ago Renee gave my mom a perm and to say the least is sucked. She barely has any curl, is very dry and constantly knots up. I guess I can blame myself because Renee said she had not done many perms and we should have walked away. Now I am going to have to spend more money and try to get my moms hair corrected because the way it looks now makes her feel really bad and at 81 years old, that just isnt right. Plus as a person, Renee is very nice and personable. Its just with perms she needs more training or practice so this doesnt happen again. I never write reviews, let alone one this bad but when its my mom I draw the line.

The staff is amazing! Super friendly and make you feel at home. Renee did an amazing job on my cut. I will be returning and referring others as well.
