I was patiently waiting to be helped and all 3 sales associates were too busy talking to each other to help me. I finally asked someone to match my foundation and the sales associate said "This shade looks like what you need." and walked away. When I said I wanted something with more coverage she said "Then go the next shade up." She put some make up on my hand not my jaw line and said "Yeah thats perfect". She didnt ask if I needed anything else and went back to her conversation. I didnt make a purchase that day. I went back a week later for the new bare minerals make up because in binghamton they are the only ones who sell it. Again I walked in no one helped me because they were too busy talking. I tried to match myself and no one even acknowledged that I was there. Again no purchase was make and I will never go back there again.

They have the brands I like. I do notice a lot of the workers there are teeny boppers and act snobby so I dont bother asking for their help. I would suggest getting knowledgeable staff or send them to a training program so they learn about the lines you carry. Each staff member should be knowledgeable about your products so they can answer questions and they need to leave their personal life for the break room or outside work.

I can pretty much echo the previous reviewers sentiments—the sales/cashier staff is not terribly interested in helping you. They also dont know much about the different cosmetic or toiletry lines (unless they use them). The shelves arent neat, a LOT of product looks like its been opened, and several brands arent well stocked at all. And dont even try to ask when theyll get more in, ugh!

I was in twice and waiting for help as per the previous shoppers. If you are going to open a high end salon and make up bar and shop, then maybe the store should employ knowledgeable, professional staff, not teenagers that only know how to apply their own makeup and gossip about what they will be doing all week with their boyfriends. Managers included on those conversations.

Terrible and nonexistent staff... didnt want to give a haircut with 90 min before closing. Told 2 wks before someone could give a cut. Ive never seen anyone here.. Never have products... just not pleasant people.
