I have been going to Forever Strong for 4 short months and in that time I have lost 20 Lbs and feel as strong as ever in my life . I saw there ad for the "21 Day Shred " program which started the very 1st day of spring and decided to try it because I was at a point in my life that I needed it ! At first it was quite difficult but i kept going and it has paid off - I can truly say that everything Kelly says is true - it is very personalized training that I could never get just going to a gym by myself . A big shout out to all the staff as well for all your support and encouragement . In conclusion I have to say that I feel a great sense of community at Forever Strong . All the other clients I have met are very friendly and we encourage one another in a common goal of trying to lead a healthy and strong lifestyle! As A post script - I was able to run a 5k in downtown DC with my daughter that I know I could not have done w/o the training I recd from Forever Strong . I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to gain a strong and healthy lifestyle !!

I love training at ForeverStrong. I have always been active but this is the first program in which i have consistently trained over a period of years. The workouts are wonderfully balanced between strength, core, and high-intensity cardio and because the program changes every 8 weeks, i am never bored and an always improving. But this isnt just a group class -- there is a lot of personalization to the workouts to accommodate my limitations. The trainers are great at helping me modify exercises so i can avoid hurting things like my knees or back while allowing me to grow stronger. The result has been an overall increase in strength -- i can do things like put the kayak on top of the car by myself. My core strength is much stronger and back pain is nearly non-existent. I also enjoy coming to the workouts and hardly ever miss one. The other clients and trainers are encouraging and we have fun. Training at ForeverStrong has become an important part of my life and i hope to continue for years.

I initially signed up for the 21 day challenge in January of this year after experiencing leg and back pain that had kept me from running. I wanted something that would help me transition back to running. The workouts are difficult, but so effective and because the workouts rotate, you are not doing the same workout every time. The workouts are only an hour and each session is limited to a certain number of people, so you get personal attention. All of the trainers are very attentive and help to make sure that you are safe, but pushing yourself to improve. The exercises are altered as needed based on your ability. I also enjoy everyone that is there working out with me. Well, the 21 days came and went and I couldnt give up the workouts that have changed my life for the better. My body is transforming, I am stronger and I am in much less pain. ForeverStrong offers so much more than just the workouts though. They also offer weight loss coaching and peer support.

After having a leg injury in 2013, I stopped exercising and my overall health deteriorated quickly. I came to ForeverStrong hoping to re-gain my health and be a better father/husband. Ive been working out at the studio for about 10 months and Im very happy with the progress Ive made - lost weight, gained a lot of muscle, and overall energy level has gone up. This is impressive given the fact that I only spend about 2-3 hours a week at the studio - tells me the programs are effective and well-balanced. Class size is small (maximum of 9 but a lot of times we have less), everyone is nice, scheduling is easy and flexible, programs are challenging and fun. All of the trainers are friendly and knowledgeable, and they are always looking for ways to improve. To sum up, I love working out at ForeverStrong.

I used to think I was pretty bad-ass and in shape until starting the ForeverStrong program. Ive tried just about every fitness class out there. You name it... Billy Blanks, Les Mills BodyPump and BodyVive, Step, Zumba (which Im horrible at!), Cross-Fit, TRX, Boot Camp, Barre and even JAZZERCISE! So I can safely say that ForeverStrong is one of the most challenging workout experiences Ive had. Unlike many of the cookie-cutter programs out there, ForeverStrong customizes your program that works for you within a small group setting--which allows everyone to get the individual attention they might need during the workout. Plus its FUN! There are plenty of class times to choose from, and the workouts are less than an hour, so it makes it easy to fit into a busy schedule. Im hooked. :)

Most of us are busy people trying to juggle work and family obligations. This often doesnt leave a lot of extra time to focus on our own health and well being. Training at ForeverStrong offers me the opportunity to workout in a small group environment using a time-efficient program that is customized to my individual goals and skill level. The instructors make it a point to know each clients abilities and are able to easily provide modifications if something isnt feeling right on a particular day. I have been training with ForeverStrong 2-3 times per week for a number of years, and the combination of their program, the people, and the results is what keeps me there.

After starting with ForeverStrong on a 21 day fitness program and I have continued in their program. I wanted something different and challenging rather that the monotonous gym environment. This is no gym and I/my body continue to be challenged. Each 8 week program cycle has a focus planned and refined while also being tailored to you as no one is the same. I continue to be pushed to be better and work harder in an encouraging environment. I know they care about me and want the best for me as this group has so much to offer. I look forward to my sessions with the trainers even though they fly by! Glad to have found this wonderful group - ForeverStrong!

Its been over 4 months since I started with ForeverStrong and I am still excited to attend each training session. In the past when I joined a gym I was energized at first but quickly lost interest, wandered around the gym deciding which piece of equipment I would try next. Too often I was using bad form and not getting a good workout which resulted in losing interest, I would stop attending and ultimately I wasted money!! This is NOT the case with ForeverStrong! The personalized program and terrific trainers make the difference. I am feeling stronger and healthier thanks to ForeverStrong !!

I started at foreverstrong 4 years ago with the intention of just trying it out. Well after 4 years I am still just as hooked as I was in the beginning. This program grows with you. You will always be challenged and the 8 week rotating programs give you enough time to progress before you get bored and the next program kicks in. Every 8 weeks you get that wonderful muscle soreness as you start exploiting another group of muscles. The trainers are great, the program is fantastic, and the clients are awesome. Go ahead and try it out and see where you are in one or four years!
