The pool water in winter was COLD! Not sure why it was hard to fix that problem... The water in the kids pool should be replaced more frequently. You can feel that it is not clean sometimes. Some staff members watching the kids pool were overly strict, telling my 3 year old son that he can only use the kickboard for swimming. Also no swimming ring, no this or that... Basically made the kids pool not fun for young kids any more.

Horrible air quality. Hot, humid and no circulation. Arrived for a swim meet at 6am and it was unbearable without people. Continuing to get worse as were here until 6 pm. Pool had large floating stuff in the bottom. Facility was clean and beautiful - wish they had fans to help with air quality. Disappointing for a season championship meet Athletes were hot and exhausted without being in the pool.

How long with this place be closed for this time? The people responsible for maintaining this pool should be fired. It was closed for 6+ months last time and now its closed again. Is any of this information available on their website? No. Press release? No. FB page? No. So lame.

Its not over crowded. It is huge. It offers something for every age group and level of ability. It is equiped for special needs individuals. They have massage on property with appointment at a very reasonable rate. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

It is a good facility with decent swimming. Never had problem getting a lane, at most would have to split my lane. They close over half the pool for swim teams when i went, but still didnt have too much of an issue.

Had a scheduling issue with my sons swimming classes and the Rep assisted and help fix the problem and now my son is able to take his class. No problems and my Boi is happy.

Customer service is usually inadequate. Life guards are alert and switch posts frequently. My family opted for the monthly fam plan which paid for itself in 2 visits

Good place for activities. Staff is ok Needs to be more organized Swimming pool is good Gymnastics center is good Fitness or exercise center is kinda small.

i took swimming class and i have passed :D they give the people who pass the swimming tests a bracelet. i know what its for, but its really hard to explain.
