Pros - The teacher of the classes is professional, courteous and well versed in fitness for people of all levels. Ask him to tell you what got him into fitness - its an inspiring story that makes you want to come back for more classes with him. - The machines are almost always clean, rarely broken. - Water fountains always work, they give you bagels and pizza once a month which I dont utilize but it is nice. - Bathrooms and showers are clean, there are always free lockers. Cons - The staff is hit or miss. Some are distracted by their phones and ignore you. Others go out of their way to help you with anything. - This gym needs to be bigger based on the size and number of members that come. There are always people there no matter what time of day and the main issue with space is in the stretching/mat area. Overall: Join this gym, show up, put the time in and you wont regret it. Get the black card membership if you have the time for massages and relaxation.

I moved here about a year ago from Atlanta and had a few questions about transferring my membership over. I tried to do it online but had some trouble so I went into the gym. A manager by the name of Dominique was very helpful and answered all my questions regarding my account. He has also been very helpful throughout the year helping me with anything I needed such as equipment questions, classes, and training. The gym and locker rooms have always been clean and the staff has always been pleasant and friendly compared to my old location in Atlanta. I go after work at about 4 and its never too busy then which is nice. Ive always had great experiences at this PF location. Thanks to the awesome staff and great management, going to the gym isnt so bad :)

This is a great place to work out, whether you are looking to shed all those extra pounds or to build muscle, with Planet Fitnesss huge collection of equipment and machines, it becomes plausible to reach your goals. Additionally, what I liked even more is every individual does their own workout and their tagline "no judgment zone" actually helps you to stay focused without feeling guilty even if you are over weight, not worrying about anyones criticism. The staff is really helpful and free fitness training sessions are a bonus to get great guidance from experts. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

I have been a member for almost a year and a half the assistant manager Dominique is great he goes above and beyond to assist you his customer service is great the staff at the front is very inviting and friendly. As far ad the manager herself she is not friendly she passes you and dont say hi or even make eye contact, shes more concerned about hugging on her boyfriend as he works out and cuddling in her office with him she not professional .She need to have more costumer service and keep her love making away from her job

I have been a member here for 3 years. The location is very convenient to my home and it is opened 24 hours. The staff and people who workout at the gym are very nice. It is like a second home to me. I recently started membership at another gym but I still go to this one because I like the cables, the friendly staff, the environment, and convenience of location and of course the price. I developed a good workout routine and have made some gains in size and strength over these years. Great gym and environment to be in. Highly recommend.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Although the facility is decent, the customer service representatives stink. Gary is not very kind and always has a "chip on his shoulder." I moved to Nashville, TN to take care of my ill mother. I wanted to transfer my membership, and he gave me an extremely hard time. He was not very nice, plus he gave me the wrong information. I ended up paying for a membership I couldnt use in my new place of residence. Do not fool with Planet Fitness. Theres a reason why it is so cheap. You truly get what you pay for.

Was going out to the gym in district height for some years into recently. I had came into this location after some light shopping and just fall in love with the whole atmosphere. My problem with planet fitness when visiting there different locations in the Maryland ,D.C. area have always been a lot of there employees dont seem to care or do anything but that not the case at this location. There not just helpful but welcoming and encouraging . The gym is always clean and the personal trainer there is epic sauces.

The gym is very spacious and has a very good variety of equipment. For a business that is in such a central area and open 24/7, it is also quite clean. The staff is friendly and supportive. The location is in a mall which includes a Giant, a movie theater and a bunch of eateries and clothes shops. Practically unlimited amount of free parking. Shell gas station next door, access to the Beltway within 5 minutes. Very cheap for what it provides. Only downside is that there will often be equipment malfunctions.

I love planet fitness the customer service is awesome Tiffany especially was great helping me to get a situation taking care of when no one else at the greenbelt location seemed to have much knowledge about the matter i am a black card member but because of her handling the situation the way she did makes me only want to come to the greenbelt location only. Because I feel like I am at home I have told all my family and friends about her and the greenbelt location is will be a member for life

Planet Fitness is excellent, in every respect, except for two: (1) Music played over their P/A system is way too loud and tasteless. Most members dont want to listen it it, anyway, as evidenced by the majority of members who are wearing earplugs; and (2) Ventilation is poor. Too often the air stinks. (PS - I am reviewing Planet Fitness, only because they sent me an email requesting that I post a review.)

The equipment at Planet Fitness in Greenbelt, MD is clean and maintained. This is a direct result of the hard working staff. Nicco especially at the Planet Fitness in Greenbelt, MD has a tremendous work ethic. I have been coming for some time now and he demonstrates above and beyond customer service. Nicco is always moving and taking care of the facility. Please let him know his efforts are appreciated.

The gym was one of the best in the area for a good while. They also have a policy which discourage "Lunky behavior" where each member can workout comfortably without bothering anyone around. However, lately the gym seems to ignore these polices and of course the gym now is a place where people can yell and laugh insanely loud. Very uncomfortable and disappointing. Look for a gym somewhere else.

I recently joined and was surprised to hear a gentleman playing his own rap music, loudly, on 3/16/16 in the free weight area without a head set. Very disappointed in that. I had my own headset on but could still hear his music. Also, I was told there would be a Security Guard in the parking area at night. Ive been there 3 times at night and have yet to see a Security person.
