I typically enjoy this gym. This facility and the others I frequent. However, today I have never been more disappointed in the service or the management. Today I learned that this facility is the only facility I visit that requires goggles to be worn in the total body machine that not even they manufacture makes a requirement for but a recommendation. I used this equipment yesterday just as I do every week day but today I was required not just to have my black card membership but a set of goggles. And if I wanted to used the machine I could purchase a pair on sale for $5.00.

You get what you pay for regardless of what membership you purchase. I have a black card membership and I make full use of massage chairs and beds after my workouts. This facility is adequately equipped with machines and equipment so I have never experienced long wait times outside of peak visiting hours. The staff are very courteous, kind and inviting. They even take the time to notice the little things. I use the planet fitness app to key in when I visit and an employee noticed that I got a new phone case. Location of this gym is easy to find as well.

Best gym in the area, by far. Equipment is clean and well-maintained. Friendly staff and a welcoming environment. The price is absurdly low as well, for what youre getting. Its open 24 hours, and even during peak hours, you can still find equipment to work out on. Things to consider: instead of free" barbells, PF has Smith Machine. This means no deadlifts, and traditional squats/bench press can be dangerous on a Smith machine at high weight. All in all, if youre looking for a local gym to stay in shape, Planet Fitness is the way to go.

In all honesty this gym helped a lot to get my goals. Im a disabled man who couldnt walk and was bed ridden and planet fitness helped me to do physical therapy in a location where i didnt feel pressured. I was treated with respect and kindness. Along with a great deal of help from doctors and caring the caring employees at planet fitness i was able to meet many goals to the point of walking with a cane. I am still moving forward and would like all to know how well this company follows its moto in my experience.

This place is great! Its clean, well organized and all machines are in good working condition. Employees clean the machines regularly which is great! Proper hygiene is a must for places like this. Theres a working fountain station (yay!) and drinks are available for purchase for a very small fee if youre a member. Cleaning stations are well placed and stocked through the entire area. Highly recommended!

This is the only PF I have ever visited, but from my friends that memberships at others, I hear its nicer then theres - in terms of equipment and overall environment. The staff is friendly, the facilities are clean, and the machines all work. This is seems like the basics, but Ive been places where that is not the case. I enjoy working out here and would recommend it to anyone.

I typically go to a location closer to my job in the mornings, but I needed to switch locations for the duration of my maternity leave. Switching was simple, and I am enjoying the new Fort Meade Rd location very much. It is very clean, and the staff is very professional and courteous. There are also many more TV channel selections than the other location, which is a plus!

This is an excellent gym! I think that it is one of the cleanest gyms in the area. The staff members are very friendly and they promote a non intimidating atmosphere to make each and every individual feel comfortable. I would recommend this gym for those who are on a tight budget, as their $10 per month plan makes this membership very affordable.

Quality fitness facility. Great equipment. My favorite is a 30 minute workout. Very friendly staff it appears they take pride in having a clean facility. I travel so having the black card membership allows me to work out anywhere in the United States. If you are in the Laurel area give Planet Fitness a try.

Great facility! I unfortunately had to cancel my membership because I moved and another gym was closer, but Carmen made it so easy and simple. No fuss no hassle and I was in and out. Its things like this that, if I ever move back in the area or around another Planet Fitness would make me choose them again!

OMGGGG! I love this place. The staff if great, the gym is always clean, and equipment is always working. I would highly recommend this facility if youre serious about working out and making a change in your life. Its open 24 hours a day too, it doesnt get anymore convenient than that.

Clean, friendly, attentive staff. Been a PF member for 3 yrs, just joined this location Summer 15. Love this location because its fairly big compared to Silver Spring (White Oak) PF. Love the big windows opens up the space. I can always get a machine except during major holidays.

The Staff is great. Ive been to many PF facilities and by far this is the cleanest and well maintained of all that I visted (Philly, Del., many in Maryland). Also, the equipment is always clean and well maintained. One can see the management takes great pride in their facility.

I applaud the management, staff and patrons here. The gym is always spotless, everyone wipes the machines and places their weights back in its rightful place. The staff is always friendly and courteous. The hydro massage is great if youre sore from workouts.

Today I was visiting this club in laurel and honestly I loved it compared to my home club their staff is very personable and the manager there Renee actually showed me herself how to use a weight lifting machine I wasnt familiar with. GREAT CLUB!

Great place to workout. Staff is very professional and courteous. Plus, the place is ALWAYS immaculate!! I go 4-5 times per week and I am able to get a really decent workout in. No gym-timidation here!!
