The best experience I had with any business ever. I got two keys online and looked for someone to cut and program them for my infiniti. After 3 rather frustrating calls to locksmiths in my Frederick area, I decided to try my luck in Gaithersburg based on yelp recommendations. Armens almost immediate response to my texts was impressive. His price came in less than half of the cheapest quote I got prior. Armen was attentive, soft spoken and to the point. He explained that sometimes keys bought online failed to work and if they dont, I can get new keys there and would get credit for the programming. What an offer! There was no condescending remarks nor sales pitch to get rid of my keys and buy from them. 100% transparency and respect. The keys did work and everything was done in 20 minutes. I can hardly believe my luck. I love the service I received there and the price was amazing. Im telling all my friends about Armen Lock!

So I recently purchased a used 2013 Chevy Tahoe that only came with one key. Called around to different locksmiths in the area to get an estimate for a second/back-up key. Suprising how many other places either didnt answer the phone, had to get back to me and didnt or gave me the runaround on reasons why this vehicle needed "something or another" and the price was higher than another vehicle key. Anyway, finally called Armen Lock. Friendly, knowledgable, and professional, they gave me the most reasonable price almost immediate. No excuses or "I need to see the vehicle", just to get me there to try and get the job since I would already be there. TRUST ME. .save your time and call Armen Lock FIRST.

SO....after my dude lost his car keys... I lost my car keys not even a week later. LOL. Thank goodness I called Armen Lock, LLC! I was again lucky enough to have Armen still working in the office late and he did me pretty solid by cutting me keys for $85! I used to work for a locksmith, and I encountered a lot of situations where people would get ripped off because the locksmith wouldnt reveal the price until they made keys or unlocked the customers door... AND the price was very expensive. When I met Armen, I was very worried that working for such a shady locksmith would bring bad karma, but Armen hooked me up and looked out for me! treated me with mad respect and gave me a great price up front!

My fiance & I locked ourselves out of our apartment at 7pm on a Sunday night this last week. My apartment complex told me to find a locksmith to get back into my apartment. After getting Three quotes in the $200 area I got ahold of Armen. He significantly underbid the competition & was over within twenty minutes. Furthermore, he had my door unlocked within a minute or two of looking at the lock. Upon learning that we didnt have any spare apartment keys he was happy to make us a few out of his truck as well. Owner was very professional over the phone. Reassured me he had preformed an ignition Key switch replacement for a Lexus RX 300 hundreds of times since 1993. From what I can gather , the dealer tows my car to a locksmith and then brings it back to the dealer 3 miles each way, costing me over $1,000 in markup labor costs. USAA Road side tow service is very nice as long as the tow trucks show up. Always call the assigned Tow vender to make sure they have your tow request in hand . I was forgotten twice in two tows for the same job

I had to get a computer for a 2000 Toyota MR2 flashed in order to use it to replace my bad one. I found these guys through their ebay add, but they were local and I went by the shop. They knew their stuff and the next day I got my computer back and it worked perfectly! The price was great compared to other places that could do this job and the work cannot be questioned. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Exceptional service. Thanks for getting my car back on the road guys!

The ignition on my 03 Civic jammed up. I wasnt even able to pull the key out or turn it in the ignition. The techs were very professional on the phone and sent someone over right away. They were able to pull the ignition out and repair it quickly and efficiently. Additionally, not many locksmiths in the area are capable of cutting a high security Honda key at a decent price (far cheaper what the dealership wanted to charge). Overall, I loved the fast service and the price!

Amazing customer service! I sent in an immobilizer from my car to have it reprogrammed and it ended up being faulty. Armen worked with me to get a new immobilizer and get it set up correctly. I am not local to their area, so when another locksmith came out to program the immobilizer to my ECM and had some issues, Armen answered all of his questions over the phone to get my car up and running. Very fair pricing as well!

I was recommended to Armen Lock by a different locksmith in town who couldnt laser cut my keys. Then I found places that could cut the key but couldnt program the key fobs. Dealer wants a ton of money to do this work. Armen Lock had the key fobs I needed in stock. Was able to laser cut and program the fobs too. Problem solved! Fast and courteous as well! I highly recommend this company to you.

I have a 2012 Toyota Camry Hybrid and needed new keys. Its not an easy process, and I was sort of dreading it. The staff was completely professional and friendly, explained everything they had to do and quoted me an estimate before they did any work. They made the keys quickly and for a reasonable price. We had a set of Volvo replacement keys made. No only was it difficult to find someone who could make a key, other than the dealer, they were much less expensive. They were able to do it quickly and the duplicated keys worked great. I would recommend them to anyone needing lock work.
