This is perhaps the most dedicated and conscientious craftsman in Falls Church! I presented him this morning with a challenge: make a replacement key for an antique, classic Jaguar. The original key had worn badly and was in danger of breaking off inside the lock. The codes for grinding a replacement key (which were stamped onto the lock cylinders) were wrong! Perhaps because this car was made in England a long time ago, the code on the lock was meaningless. And, although the original key worked in the locks, it was badly worn and almost impossible to use as a template. After almost two hours of patient work, trial & error, and many trips out to the car to test the many adjustments, success! Two perfectly functional new keys were made, and I was provided with a correct code number which, should the need arise, could easily produce a good key. This man displayed the patience and persistence of a surgeon. I should know, I am a dentist and know skilled and dedicated hands when I see them! And the price for all this work: only $50! I cannot recommend them more highly.

I lost my original keys to my Ford and called the dealer who wanted me to tow my car to them and then for 1 key it would have cost me between $400 - $500. I called Arlington Lock and right away they had Charles come out to my house. The Ford dealer took my car code off so Charles called his coworker Luis to come out, take my ignition out to make the keys. I had to get back to work so they did all this work within 1 hour while I left and went back to work. I got 2 keys and and alarm fab for my Expedition within 1 hour tops and paid $295. They were all so kind and wanting to help from the beginning over the phone to when they came out to my car and then calling me at work to let me know keys were done and that I could pay over the phone! Excellent Service, I will always do my key business through them from now on and I definitely encourage others to use their service! Thanks Guys for saving my Day!

One of the best customer service experiences of my life. Our puppy chewed up the ignition key - destroying the chip - and my wifes Toyota Corolla wouldnt start. After a serious headache with a service station, two tows (one tow cost $83.50 to go 4 BLOCKS!), a potential $407 charge from the dealership that would have involved *another* tow for which my wife would have had to wait until noon after getting off of a night shift, and getting the runaround between the General and the Auto Club, the heroic guys at Arlington Lock, Inc. saved the day! Charles came over to our house right away and fixed it for a lot less money. Two new ignition keys, chip and all. Problem solved! The guys at Arlington Lock, Inc. are professional, competent, and friendly. If I could give ten stars I definitely would.

Great customer service! I had a broken Kia keyfob, they ordered a new one for me and installed it successfully. I was trying to find Any other place that programs keyfobs in NOVA without success. My only suggestion to make it a perfect experience is to let the customer know when the order is ready. I had to phone in a couple of times to see if the ordered keyfob was already at the store and ready to be programmed. Thank you guys!

This guys were great. I have a Yakima Skybox (a cargo box that goes on top of your car) that was locked and I had lost the keys. Another locksmith said that it would be $150 a just unlock the box and he couldnt make the keys. I took the Skybox to the guys at Arlington Lock unlocked the box AND made me new keys for only $40! Highly recommended!

As an older woman on my own, I had problem with car key and remote fob. They offered two ways to solve the problem and was I happy with the much less expensive option. It was handled quickly and politely. The locksmith even went out to my car to check that the new keys worked properly. Good experience all around.

Chase was awesome. Prompt courteous personable and knowledgeable. He could easily have charged us for a transponder key that we did not need. Dealership wanted 250 for new locks and keys. Chase fixed the problem for 15. This place has my recommendation for ever.
